Went there to get bread sticks and some Italian bread and we also had a pizza made which was not right so we had to go back inside to tell them and had to wait again for it to be remade and we called the order in and we were there like almost 1 hour .

As long as you order a non ready made pizza you get it hot,fresh and unburned. At this location when you order bread sticks, you have to pay an additional $.50 just for the marinara sauce, when at the Westland location it comes complimentary with the breadsticks! Employees kind enough and pretty clean. The hot and ready are pretty much hit n miss.

I like little Caesars cheese pizzas and their bread sticks. The only problem is that how the pizzas come out depend on who’s working there. If you’re lucky, you get a pizza made well, if not, it can be really bad. I don’t like their pepperoni so i avoid pepperoni on the pizza or Italian bread. I wish they brought back the fresh mozzarella. It really makes a difference on the pizza. Oh, the amount of sauce also varies by who makes the pizza. Sometimes you can get a pizza that’s quite dry and others, your pizza can be floated in tomato sauce. I can’t complain because i like the taste of their sauce but I’m sure there are customers who would appreciate having the right amount of sauce on their pizza.

The only place I know that advertises hot and ready but whenever you go there you always have to wait 10 minutes if you don’t order in advance. They need to switch to their slogan to hot and fresh not hot and ready.

I ordered a hot and ready and Italian bread yesterday. They told me that the bread would be done in five minutes. 25 minutes go by i finally asked if it was done the guy i asked had no idea. So he asked someone else and repeated how i waited 25 minutes and one of the workers who looked at me multiple times when i was waiting wanted to argue that i didn’t wait that long. But they finally gave me my bread and said they cooked the pizza that was “made to order” when i asked for a hot and ready. When there were 9 hot & readys already done. Also they never put enough sauce on the pizza so i always have to ask for them to put extra sauce only if they have to make the hot & ready. Which should already be made hence the name “hot snd ready”
