I have ordered from here over 20 times and each time is different, this place is hit and miss on the staff, appearance, food, professionalism. I ordered a detroit style ultimate supreme on 7-14-23 with extra parm on it & without butter. The order was not ready when I went to pick it up 25 minutes later and the staff were arguing with each other in the back. This was around 1:30 pm.

So I placed an order online 45 minutes ago online and paid for my order online. I came at my scheduled time and my pizzas are not ready. They didn’t offer any concession for being extremely late with my order. Usually they are orderly and I don’t come here often. Just got off work and this is an inconvenience. Unprofessional is the best word. I’m listening to the staff ask who is going to help the 45 customers in the lobby.

Chaos, drama, more chaos… horrible service. Is like ordering pizza at a market and is first come first serve…. There is no control when ordering, pretty much stand up and grab whatever comes out…. waited 30 min pizza nevar came out had to reorder…. more waiting watching chaos unfold… this location needs better type of control system after ordering.

Store is ran by a bunch of teenagers, food was cold and some was raw and not edible. Placed order online Little Caesars not DoorDash etc.. had a pick up time to get there in stand in line another 15 min after my pick up time. Called back to store to talk to brandy manager on duty and was told that in order to get a refund I had to come back up to the store when I paid online so why she couldn’t do it over the phone I asked and she was very rude. I asked if I come back can I come straight up to the window and she tells me we busy.. so that meant I had to stand in line again. Never ever again will I go back to that location. She called me back before I left home to tell me she talked to her general manager and he said since I order online I had to request a refund online. Little Caesars app doesn’t have a spot to request a refund. My husband took the stuff bread back anyway to show Brandy all for her to say OMG it is raw… Still no refund, my children and I would’ve been very sick.
