I ordered a hot and ready. Well it wasn’t ready and it was only warm. When I got home just two blocks away, it was raw. I ate one slice and got sick. This was a while ago but this had to be said. Check your food before you leave the store. I’ve never been back since then.

Ordered 2 rounds and 2 crazy breads. I was not told before paying that it would be a “15 minute” wait for food; but I decided to just be patient and wait. A few people who ordered after me got their orders (smaller orders) while I had been waiting for more than 20 minutes. By about the 35 minute mark, a lady who had been waiting about 10 minutes got the exact same thing I ordered (2 rounds, 2 breads); I actually saw her get in line, wait, order and walk out with the exact same thing I ordered in about 10 minutes while I had already ordered and paid a half hour ago. When I and many others waiting for orders complained, we were yelled at to get out of the way so they could keep taking orders. By the 50 minute mark I gave up and asked for a refund. They looked and my receipt and about 5 minutes later I was told they refunded my card. They did not give me a refund receipt so I asked for one. About another 5 minutes later they finally gave me the refund receipt and I was able to leave.

The cashier was in a bad mood it seemed like. She was very combative with multiple customers, this location second day in the row as (cash only) and it’s no power outages in the areas or the building, then NO PIZZA IS READY!!! A hot n ready is a 15 minute wait anything you order is an 15 minute wait!!! Then it’s one cash only sign so if the lobby is full it’s a good chance you’ll find out once you get to the front of the line, then it say CASH ONLY but what it don’t say is also on top of cash only it can’t be over 20$!!!!!!! Even though it’s a Lobby full of cash paying customers!!! These employees act like that because this owner and franchise manager ALLOWS THIS TO HAPPEN!!!they need structure to keep this franchise alive!!!! I love L.C.!!!!! I’m gone support them until I die!!! That is longs as they get this company together my family chose L.C. Over other top food chains but now price isn’t always the problem

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. THE CASHIER WAS MELANIE H. THE COOKS WAS TWO YOUNG BLACK GUYS THAT KEPT MESSING UP MY ORDER. FIRST THEY GAVE ME SOME OLD COLD ITALIAN CHEESE BREAD THAT’S BEEN SITTING THERE FOR HOWEVER LONG. THEN I WAITED 15 MINUTES FOR MY CHEESEBREAD TO BE DROWNED IN BUTTER WHEN I ONLY ASKED FOR PARMESAN. Horrible. I ordered online and the cashier said it wasn’t there. I ordered again there. Then ater about 15 more minutes I saw a few other customers had the same issue and were told their order wasn’t there. I requested a refund and my order magically appeared.

The Little Caesars pizza on Gratiot and 8mile in the plaza is horrible, the workers were in the back playing and laughing,and there was a line almost out the door, I ordered an Italian cheese bread with ground beef added with butter parmesan all over, the lady who took my order said 5-10mins so I walked all the way to the liquor store and back and my order wasn’t ready. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE.
