This lady at this store she work night shift I think she a general manager or worker she dark skin black little shirt she had braids in the pony tail burgundy color the crazy bread was cold n dry n I ask the for little butter n parm he gave it to her she had a attitude n put way to much butter on the crazy bread n she rude n disrespectful when I was tryna order she started yelling at me n cussing out threw the phone n hang up she need to be fired she has a nasty attitude towards customers this store need to be shut down I’m giving it a 1 star this place needs to be out of business get her out that store or I’m calling corporate tomorrow n y’all better respond to this ♂️

Slow service, only 2 people working. Cashier nice and attentive but as busy as this place was they needed more help. Restaurant could use a good cleaning. Not clean at all but I still took a chance. I waited about 40 mins for 2 pepperoni hot n readys and bread sticks. Literally, not one hot n ready READY. That said the pizzas were the best I ever had. Super fresh! Evenly distributed toppings. I’d seriously go here any day and wait for pizzas. Best lil ceasers I’ve ever had! I did not know lil ceasers could taste so GOOD!

At approximately 8pm this evening I placed an order, PAID, & was told to wait for my order. As I waited outside, the supposed “manager” as I was told started bringing the gates down and locking the doors as myself and other customers that previously paid were waiting. I walked to the door and knocked on the glass for her attention as she was trying to quickly go to the back of the restaurant without speaking to anyone but I continued knocking on the window as well as other paying customers and I told her that I had paid and was awaiting a order she rolled her eyes & said “were closed” (when the establishment closes at 11pm, it was now 9:30pm).I said that’s impossible because I already paid she shrugged her shoulders and went to the back of the restaurant and never showed her face again. The young lady who took my order initially, eventually opened the door and gave us our food but this was extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked the young lady who was that? She replied the manager. She needs to be reprimanded and the establishment needs to do better starting with a better manager. I will be calling corporate.

First when I walked in the young man was texting on hos phone and didn’t even ask to help me and he went from one phone to the other. 2nd they had no food ready everything was a 45 min wait that’s what he told everyone that walked in behind me. He told the lady all they had was hot & ready’s ready but she said ok let me get 2 and he told her he couldn’t sake her 2 because someone else might want one and he asked if someone else wanted one and the young man replied yes he wanted one so he wouldn’t sale her but one. And the whole time he had his phone in his hand texting. She paid by card and he didn’t notice that her card was declined but she had already left with her free pizza because he wasn’t paying any attention because he was on his phone the whole time. And from what I was able to see everyone in the back was on their phones also. I ordered a pepperoni cheese bread it was so small it didn’t even fit the box and 2 ordered of wings 1 had so many feathers on it it looked like a baby chicken. They need to improve their customer service at that 17200 Livernois Det, MI location. The cell phones has destroyed customer service for business. I won’t be going back there anymore. Not to mention the young man pulled out his Vape pin and puffed it a few times while I was waiting on my food.

Ordered online. Half cheese, half pepperoni and bacon and received slices and stix and the above pictured bacon and pepperoni side. I am very disappointed! I called to see if I could get my order fixed and come back and get it instead of sitting inside and I never received an answer. I did not ask for a suggestion so I’m not sure why they gave me what they wanted to instead of what I asked for!
