I placed an order online and went in to pick it up 5 minutes after the pick up time only to wait in line for 30 minutes just to be told they didn’t cook my order because the app orders only pays them 10% then the manager voided my order but said she can’t refund me because her drawer would be short so I have to go through the app. This happened over a week ago and still no refund on my order. Terrible customer service, funky attitudes, never on time, just hiring anyone I guess. Well I know I’ll never come here again. Keep the 20 the bumbs

I’ve never had a good experience here. Place an order in store, greeted with filth, angry faces and wait 45 minutes. Placed an order online, still waiting 45 minutes, everyone is angry and nobody cleans. There’s literally dry spit marks all over the speaker they tell you to speak into. Disgusting.

This is a disgrace that a billion company can’t keep simple change in their safe. If you don’t have exact change they keep the difference . Then the change they collect they don’t give out to people ♂️. Shut this location down with their no change policy.
