Delicious CHEESE PIZZA WITH BUTTER AND PARM AND ITALIAN SEASONING. Perfectly cooked I love my crust to look like this. I had a bit of an ordeal with my order but the employees were wonderful. I arrived at the drive through window 10 minutes after the my order was said to be ready, to confusion in finding my preordered/prepaid order. Once they realized they lost my order they asked me to park and they would bring it right out. After waiting another 30 minutes, and waiting until there were no customers in the drive through or the store, I went inside. I talked to a couple of employees and I was assured that they had not forgotten me. They just had a rush of orders. Though frustrating, everyone was really nice. I left happy and I hope I didn’t upset anyone. I tried very hard to stay as pleasant as possible.

This place deserves 0 stars. I ordered a cheese pizza, Buffalo wings and crazy bread. I was given naked wings, pepperoni pizza & old bread sticks. I never pull off before checking my food. I gave him the pizza back and stated I ordered cheese. His response was, “oh, you wanna wait for it” as if that’s not what I ordered initially. Then had a coworker come back to tell me that they didn’t have cheese pizza. How In the middle of the day, a pizza place don’t have cheese pizza and why wasn’t I presented an option to have it freshly made? They literally gave me everything opposite of what I asked for. I requested a refund and pulled off. Obviously, there isn’t any real management here and they are letting KIDS run their restaurant into the ground. I think this deserves a call to corporate.

I ordered online for pickup. I drove there to find the door locked and the line to the drive through was wrapped around out of the parking lot into the street and back to 7-Mile. After almost a 30 min wait I got home and the pizza was so soggy it was gross. What is the point of an online order if you still have to wait? Is it really that hard to at the very least open the door to pickups?

If you offer lobby pick up on your site but you actually don’t because you lock the doors and make people who ordered online and then show up at the time your pizza was supposed to be done and find out you have to wait another 20 min in a drive thru line then get a barely warm hard crust pizza and the bottom of the box is covered in clumps of grease and powder cheese all over your car seat ID say this place is a very poor run store. Been there 2 times and that was it for me. Employees are always on their cell phones and are mostly rude. I’m sure many will agree with me about this location. Undercooked both times .

I placed a takeout order online. Everything online indicated that they were open. Upon arriving, they were closed, even though they should’ve been open for another couple hours. They’re placard on the door also indicated this. Upon asking the employee for a refund, he just told me to call customer support. Then, he proceeded to walk back in with about 4 other employees who were just sitting inside eating pizza in the dark. Little Caesars customer support never answered their phone, I ended up having to dispute the transaction through my credit card. I never plan on ordering from this Little Caesars again. We ended up ordering from Hungry Howie’s instead and had no issues.

Go to get a hot n “ready” pizza. Had to.wait over 20mins. Get home, and it’s not cooked all the way and soggy, can’t even properly pick up a piece.
