As I sit here on hold waiting for the manager to answer the call. Let me tell you this Little Caesar’s used to be the best, but lately these past few weeks it’s been the worst. Not sure what happened but my online order was received at the store but showed voided. When I got there they said the order was voided and they didn’t charge me. I showed them my bank account with the charge on it. I told them I would pay for the pizza again, and maybe the refund would show later and if it didn’t then I would just call for a refund. They said no we will make it they asked me what my order was I told them Large round pizza light sauce with double sausage the person making the pizza asked me also, again I repeated myself large round pizza light sauce with double sausage. Attach is a picture of the pizza we got tonight (missing slices was from an upset child who wanted double sausage) definitely no where near double sausage on this pizza. I have now been on hold for 30 minutes with no answer from the manager as requested.

This place is never opened during their regular business hours. Very inconvenient, this is the closest one to my house and they always have some excuse as to why they not opened. It doesn’t matter if I show up at 7, 8 or 9pm, they either close early or not opened at all.

As a pizza enthusiast, I’ve tried numerous pizzerias and tasted a wide range of flavors and textures. Unfortunately, my experience with Little Caesar’s Pizza left much to be desired, and I’m compelled to give it a rating of 1 out of 5 stars. There were two primary issues that led to this disappointing evaluation: the pizza quality and their bizarre operating hours.

Last night, their Hot N Ready was a 15-20 minute wait (they said staffing problems). Today, a Saturday at 12:50 pm, they are completely closed. No sign on the window, no notice, etc.

Barely ever open for posted hours, And even if they are open they never have anything at peak lunchtime. Like what’s the point of calling it hot and ready if literally nothing is ready. Once walked in at 12:30 and all they had was breadsticks ready, with zero sauce lol. Kind of a joke at this point.

My girlfriend ordered a pizza for 6:45 I went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready which is fine they are busy however when I was told it was ready at 7:10 and I ended up standing there until 7:45. What is unacceptable is the lack of acknowledgement and the people who came in after me getting food first. I would have just wanted a refund but couldn’t even get anyone at the counter. When I finally got my food, it was wrong so after standing there for an hour I got the wrong things and another poor group of people were waiting longer than me. Just can not believe the lack of service communication goes a long way.

Having serious issues when it comes to the pizza being ready. Last week, I waited 1.5 hours for my food to be ready. 1 pizza and 2 dips. Others waited nearly as long and 1 guy waited 2 hours forhis pizzas cause they messed them up. They had like 3 or 4 people working and it was slow. It’s been very frustrating and I’m thinking about getting pizza from another brand.
