The young lady who is the manager with the long dark hair has a serious attitude problem. I came in to order my food and she came to the counter and turned back around. She had more time to laugh and giggle in the back with her coworkers than to take my order. I waited 5 minutes for her to come back to the front and she never did. If people put more effort into actually doing their job the service I’m sure would be top notch. But instead this manager aims for less than satisfactorily.

This is the worst customer service and there sponsor Doordarshan who put my family’s pizza on the ground where our house was sprayed with bug spray and there the pizzas where covered in bugs. Worst experience ever from a business. We will never eat from the alma little Ceasars and will never use door dash again.

I informed the cashier exactly what I wanted in my order. She even told the guy who finished the pizzas. After he went outside waiting for my pizzas to finish, he came back in and boxed my pizzas. I went home, opened my boxes, and everything was wrong. Simple instructions interrupted by a smoke break!!!

Great place to get food for sure, however with limitations on knowing whether or not they’re going to be able to sell out all of the food, the hot and ready aspect isn’t always a given, it is understandable however yet a slight inconvenience. And for some reason a few people I know get heartburn from the pizza and I don’t. Just make sure to dab the grease and you’ll be fine.

I walked in a few minutes late as the Google hours listing is incorrect, but the owner/GM/whatever he was let me in and let me order anyway. He also gave me some rubber bands and some cloth to make my own mask since mine got destroyed. So I tipped him $5 on an $8 order and he tossed me some wings in return.

Didn’t even have my order ready waited almost an hour and the manager didn’t even want to refund the order they hadn’t even made. The employee didn’t have any idea of what was going on and said it was ready when it was not even put in, then tried to say that they didn’t give refunds.

I love the pizza here but on this occasion alot went wrong. I paid and accidentally dropped my small wallet with my driver’s license and 2 credit cards and a customer behind me took off with it, then they got my order wrong and were not helpful in offering assistance to my dilemma!
