After attempting to make an online order, the offered promotion would not work. I called and explained the issue and there had seemed to be an understanding. After taking my order and going to pick up our order, Nick the manager and lauren mocked me in front of other staff and customers that they would not honor the deal because it wasn’t placed online. We showed them in person that i would not work and we denied the deal and mocked some more. They were rude and very un profession and did not seem to care about the hungry kids we had with us.

Came in at 5pm and order 1x hot n ready. I was told there would be a 5 min wait on thepizza. I stood in front of the staff for 15 min and watched 10-15 pizzas being made and going out the door. After asking how much longer the wait would be, the cashier had no answer. Told me he didn’t know what to temin wait to which I just had them refund my money. The complete opposite experience of hot and READY. Disorganized and inexperienced staff.

Employees are a happy bunch, and the establishment is clean. The food tastes a little funny though. I ordered the pretzel crust pizza, and it tasted burnt. It did not appear to be burned but maybe over cooked? The business can get quite busy all at once as well making it quite a wait for food. They always seem to be caught off guard by the dinner rush.

Had a 2 liter and the cap looked beat up and had a hole on the side of it as a father with 2 kids that would also be drinking it I brought it in and got a new pop but the employee was persistent on how he would trust it and how it’s not that bad but a hole is a hole instead of agreeing with the customer he would rather tell me what I should and shouldn’t trust when given to my kids.

Placed an almost 70 dollar order and they would not take a hundred bill, not because of lack of change but it’s policy. They told me to try to get change from auto zone next door and auto zone told me they send people there all the time and they dont do it. Auto zone was fed up that they keep telling customers that and told me to please inform them that. After that I just went to Howies down the road. Felt like such a Strange encounter of kids running the place not giving a hoot lol

4th or 5th time I have stopped in for pizza in last three months. It’s either not open on time or 12 minute wait for a “hot n ready”. Manager sent employee home in front of me rudely. Poorly ran location, disappointing experience again.
