I hate cheese
I called in my order on 8-18-23 at 6 30 pm. I arrived at 7. they were frantic when I arrived. I waited my. turn and was told it would be 5 minutes. What they didn’t tell me is that they didn’t make half my order and started it long after I arrived. when I asked what was going on in a normal voice a young man yelled and me and said they were slammed and to calm the f down. I went against my better judgment and didn’t jump over the counter and slam his face in the pizza oven. instead I asked to speak to the manager. I informed him what happened and he mumbled that he would take care of it and walked away. I never saw him again. I did finally get my food but I will never go back here. I strongly urge you to stay away from this place.

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting a pizza. “Tristen” the boy working when i was there was extremely rude. Absolutely no customer service skills, all i heard from the back was screaming and cussing. Would NOT recommend.

We ordered a deep dish and a round. We asked for extra sauce on the deep dish. Both pizzas had hardly any sauce. I was reminded why we don’t order Little Caesars. Awful pizza.

We get pizza once a week, not usually from Little Caesars but lately we have been enjoying the Calzone style. Last week they messed up one of the two pizzas by not putting any butter Parmesan on it. Seems small but honestly made a huge difference. So this week we decided to try it again and let them know. It was extremely difficult to have a conversation because it seemed like the two young men couldn’t hear me. When the manager got on the phone his response was “ok” followed by a “being as it was last week he would not be able to provide any credit.” Did not say “oh I’m sorry about that” or anything of the sort. I was so annoyed and finally let him know that. He finally just said well I can credit one of your pizzas, I was whatever. My husband showed up to pick them up and the girl said “he said he’d give a credit on one not a whole pizza”. So unprofessional, I really miss good customer service.
