Walk into little caesars, order a hot n ready, deep dish and crazy bread. Paid for my order, 5 minutes later an employee tells me they have only 4 deep dishes left and you have to order a deep dish online to get it and than cancels my whole order. Using a debit card, it’s gonna take 36 to 48 hours for the money to be put back on my debit card.. supposed to be first come first serve. Always having problems with this place. I’m done waisting money at this little caesars. Don’t waste your time and money here. Very poorly managed and disrespectful..

I work in birchrun. I have ordered form here a few times and the pizza is absolutely delicious. I get a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and stuffed crust with basil sprinkled on it. And it is absolutely delicious Its so tasty. Me and my co-workers love getting our pizza here because it’s made fresh and always taste great.

Always has very friendly employees and thankful enough that it has a drive-thru so I don’t have to get out with all the children. My son gets pizza every Wednesday so this place has been our go-to. Our location here in Clio doesn’t have a drive-thru and has been giving out undercooked pizza and bread so I had to switch locations. Very thankful for this one

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I WILL NOT BE BACK. I called ahead and ordered a pizza and bread. So when I got there I just went up to the drive thru window. The guy just opens the window and stares at me. So I told him my name and he said it is still in process to come back in about 5 minutes. So I sat in the parking lot for about 8 minutes and went back up to the window. This girl walks past the window and I hear her rambling about the drive thru. Then she starts YELLING “buzzer, buzzer! That’s why we have a speaker! That’s why we have a speaker! So it buzzes so we know you’re hear.” The guy handing me my order doesn’t say a single word and just gives me my order and closes the window.

Ordered a custom, thin crust pizza and Italian cheese bread – it was delicious! Called for take out – the guy answered the phone quickly, got the order perfect and it was piping hot when we ate it – very pleased with the experience. Price was very reasonable too!

The employees are patient and awesome! I’ve pulled in 15 minutes before close for a hot n’ ready with breadsticks for them to tell me they don’t have any left but they’re more than happy to make it if I wanted to wait 10-15 minutes. App ordering is nice, and the food is always ready on time. I’ve never had an issue at this location with coupons or less than stellar employees. Food has always been hot and fresh!
