Great staff. Very friendly and patient! Both the manager on duty and the other gentleman were very patient with a very rude customer in front of me who uttered racist remarks when she was walking away after the gentleman checking her out needed the manager to take a $50 bill. Both of the guys on duty deserve a pat on the back and a raise.

Went in around 5pm for a quick hot ‘n ready & bread. Took my order, then the manager takes a pizza from under the counter, puts it in the warmer like I didn’t notice, then tries giving it to me 30 seconds later. Will not be returning, Howies & big brutus is right up the road, literally. I tried since it’s been a long time, never again.

Italian cheesy bread ask for extra cheese did not get it. thin crust pepperoni pizza added extra bacon and ham didn’t get the pepperoni.. so sad after working so hard all week… wanted to treat myself to a pizza.. how disappointing..

Terrible customer service, can’t have any bill over a 20 which I think is a bit rediculous. Every “team member” was rude. Placed my order, proceeded to wait about 10 min, another customer placed an order, which was the same order as mine. Got there food right away. Then I waited about another 10 for my food. Will not be going back.

Ordered 2 large strombolis tonight and they both each had 4 toppings. But when I got home and had started eating neither 1 of them had enough toppings they are both just a lot of baked bread. Very disappointed.

Not very good, extra long wait, crazy bread was cold and over cooked thrown in with the paper they cooked it on that was singed and burned fell apart when I unwrapped it (I live five minutes away it shouldn’t me fridge cold) the pizza was really doughy yet the pepperoni was chared/burnt. Probably won’t be ordering from here again, for as long as I waited the food should have been cooked properly

Awful experience. I placed an order online 2 hours in advance before I needed them just to make sure there was enough time for my 4 pizzas to be ready. When I got there to pick them up they still weren’t ready, the kid working the register had zero clue what was going on with anything and kept laughing about it. Finally found out that my order was missing the special pizzas. Waited another 35 minutes in the lobby for my order just for it to STILL be wrong. Not only that they left my two other pizzas and 3 orders of bread just sitting out when they made the two “special” pizzas smh. Awful experience and will NOT waste my time or money coming here again.
