First of all, this location has Zap Packs! A delicious addition of salt, spices, and herbs. There wasn’t much Hot-n-Ready when I was there, but I did get a Extra Most Bestest hot and ready although at a higher price than I have been used to paying. That said, I was pleasantly surprised that it was indeed hot and it was properly cut all the way through making it easy to grab a slice. They hit the sweet spot of sauce and cheese ratio so it wasn’t dry, wasn’t sloppy messy, and leftovers the next day were still good, even without reheating. The box wasn’t greasy when done, and the crust was crispy, solid, and beautifully baked.

Ordered online at 830 pm. I was told it would be ready by 855 and when I got there I had to wait an hour. So 90 minutes for 2 pepperoni pizzas and some crazy bread is ridiculous. I will find a new location

Ordered 2 pretzel pizzas and a specialty pizza. Specialty pizza was fine but both pretzel pizzas were wrong. One of them was burned to a crisp and the other wasn’t cut. Tried to call and was on hold for over 15 minutes so I ended up driving there instead and hung up when I got there. The staff was nice and replaced my pizza but a 30 minute wait turned into an hour because they were busy. This was the first time I’ve had any issues with this location so I’m hoping it’s a fluke/bad day. It did appear that that there was a possible staffing issue and some training going on that day so I’m hopeful this won’t be the new norm.

Richfield and Genesse branch has turned into the worst place to order anything. Rarely taking orders over the phone even though certain items are not online . If you get through there’s a 50-60 min wait. Your estimated time on the app is far off! If you place your order online believe the pizza tracker yes even though it’s been 40 min your pizza still isn’t in the oven. If you ask for light banana peppers expect heavy. Refund please!! Cancelled the order and the little ceasar down the road had it done before my quoted additional 30 min ……so 1 hr and 10 min compared to 20 min.

On a diet. Get to eat pizza once per month. Ordered Pepperoni, mushroom, Italian sausage and extra cheese. $30 for a pizza for me and one for my wife. Pick up. They give bacon instead of Italian Sausage. They told me they don’t deliver pizzas so they can’t bring me the pizza I ordered and paid for. They put me on hold and ignored me. Might as well just laughed in my face. This franchise should be closed.

I had a 40$ order and when i tried to pay with a 50$ bill they said they couldn’t and wouldnt except my money. I had to leave, go get exact change from the other pizza place next door, come back and stand in line to get my pizza again.. Its easier to just just stop once. Save yourself time and just go next door.
