Had to explain my online order a few times. They messed up but gave us the correct pizza and the messed up one. Had to request napkins. Was able to get Zap Paks which add additional flavor. Had to ask for the Zap Paks though. The location was out of Pineapple Pepsi. They also gave us two packs of cookies for our additional wait. Pizzas were made to our order, fresh, and hot.

First call 15 minutes on hold. Second call ordered half pozza half cheesebread. Would not put anything on the pizza half except pepperoni. Not happy but ok. Arrived and both parking spaces were full so I parked pn the side. Once inside it took nine minutes to be acknowledged. Made the mistake of paying first with a gift card. When food arrived it was a thin crust I did not order. Offered to have me wait for a remake but I declined because others were waiting for this food, at home and it had been too long already. This store is back to their old shenanigans again. Might be a long time before I order here again.

This little caesars is horrible. They made a mistake with our order. We called as soon as we noticed that our Italian cheese bread was just 4 slices of pizza. We asked if we could just get fresh food since by the time we came back to get the bread the pizza and crazy bread would be cold. Rachel says no she’s not making a new pizza for us. Keep in mind it’s just a hot and ready and crazy bread that we wanted fresh. She continues to say no. What she wanted us to do was literally get a refund and reorder our food again because of the mistake they made. Go somewhere else. This one is trash as long as Rachel is working.

This place is horrible manager Kiki wouldn’t do anything for us after we ordered a pizza online. They use door dash as a delivery service and the took it to someone else cancelled our order and have to wait ten days to get our money back called up there said nothing they can do wild t make it right. Will never go here again. And will tell everyone I know about how horrible this place is.

I arrived, waited 3 minutes at a speaker that don’t work. Pulled forward waited a minute for twon to make his way to the window. Asked for 2 pretzel pizzas, it’s 627, supposed to be hot and ready. He told me 10 minutes. I pull around wait 15 and pull back to the window. Twon wouldn’t come to the indoor. Another guy finally did and tells Twon he never put on my order. Total wait 32 minutes on something advertised as hot and ready that I was quoted 10 minutes on. This guy has zero work ethic and zero desire to do a good job…

Never have I ever come to Little Caesars on Linden Rd (off Corunna Rd) and be so disappointed!! I ordered 3 pizzas custom orders two with bacon and pepperoni along with butter and parm on the whole pizzas and one with vegetables along with butter and parm all over it. When I got my order it was THREE slices-n-stix! WHY ON GOD’S GREEN EARTH WOULD I ORDER $38.13 worth of that when they’re $6 each!! I asked for the manager (Brandon) and he basically tried to write me off and tell me that I indeed ordered the slices-n-stix when my receipt said different! It would’ve been close to $32 had I ordered what was given to me. When I asked for for an explanation he merely said I’ll give you some bread sticks to compensate you. NO SIR; you will do no such thing! I want what I ordered please and thank you!! The fact that the employees were back there engaged in a deep conversation (which is fine as long as you know how to multi-task) and got my order wrong to find out that the manager himself made my order is even more disappointing!! I would’ve been okay until he started making it seem like I’m the one that made the pizzas and I was wrong!! I’m am deeply disappointed in the service that I received I can’t express it enough.
