I had ordered Pizza and Garlic dip and when my Pizza was ready I had mentioned the dip and she said “I’m sorry but we’re all out” so then I asked if they had Ranch dip and she said we’re out of that too.. My problem is you took my money for the product and Knew that they were out of it!!!!!

Wasnt the best pizzas but not the worse. The pizza was cooked but not the way i asked. Was hoping for my requested crispy thin crust extra most bestest. Instead i got a thin crust soggy pizza with all the pepperoni on the edges and grease all through the middle.

Time and time again this place proves it has no pizza experience on staff. The lunch combos are always undercooked and the Hot N Readys have too much sauce for how embarrassingly thin they are. Even the last two times I ordered from here as a mistake, it was bad. Ordered the stuffed crazy bread and I got three sticks, all different sizes, the smallest of which was undercooked (tell me how that makes sense).

Got pizza tonight 12/30/21 around 6pm at the Gratiot(next to the Old Town Drive-In).Got 2 pizza with 2 bread sticks combo. Got our first pizza right it was all pepperoni, the second was supposed to be half pepperoni/black olives and mushrooms we got pepperoni/bacon forgot the bread combo so the lady charged us for bread then charged use for the sauce separate. When we told them they made the wrong pizza they told use they could remake it but charge us for the new pizza. The price they charge us for 2 pizza 2 breads and 2 sauces $26.00. Also we had the pizza and bread well done and it was not. We get pizza there all the time not happy at all, the night supervisor was working tonight and she was the one to charge us for their mistake. Not happy at all and will be taking to the store manager tomorrow .
