The manager of the store contacted me due to this review and I was in the area and stopped by. She was pleasant and professional and explained some of the variables at play here and a little inside into the Little Ceasars practices. She apologized, indicated that I can always call in an order with special requests… SADLY, she did tell me that the Old World Pepperoni Pizza promo ended… hopefully LC will make it a regular item. And she made me a new pizza that was fantastic. Thank you.

Love little ceasers pizza. But another one bites the dust. I don’t think I will be back to this location do to lack of good customer service and the last pizza I got didn’t taste very good and everytime I get pizza there seems like there is a new issue. Just for instance I called on the way from work just left clare so gave them plenty of time to have it ready I get there and they can’t find the order they finilly find it after 5 to 10 minutes they hand it out the window the girl that took the order marked it payed well there lucky I’m a very honest person and I believe in karma otherwise. This location never has hot and readys available only more expensive pizza. The workers are rude when i didnt get handed my cheese i said i need a cheese as well and i got a response chill out dam like all i was saying was i needed a cheese sauce dam. My pizza was way unded cooked the slice just fell over and all toppins slide off due to how under cooked my pizza was. My bread sticks was doughy. Im just confused how no matter what time i go threw they have a excuse why they dont have hot n readys they only keep 1 up they said but yet have specialty pizzas available so if i dont want to wait i have 2 spend more money

Never have regular hot and ready, ready. You always have to get the more expensive one or wait. Then the dough is rarely cooked, it usually pretty raw in the center. And today I had to get the extra most best since they didn’t have any regular ones ready, but they gave me someone’s order. So now they have 2 unhappy customers. They just keep getting worse everytime I visit, so I won’t visit anymore. Plus its a shame they’re pricing is already $2 more than elsewhere in Michigan, franchise or not, its a national ad campaign, all should follow the same pricing, that would make it false advertising on television and consumers win those cases every time.

I will never purchase anything from this franchise ever again. The Crazy Bread we purchased was raw. Our three children ate some before my ex husband noticed it was raw when he bit into the bread. When he called the manager to complain she was unapologetic and rude. Ron was so unimpressed with her he actually called corporate to complain about how rude she was to both of us. We spent so much money at that facility over the years. But we both refuse to ever go back. The manager also yelled in my face when I went to get a refund for Ron. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were so disappointed.

I’ve been in there 3 times in the last couple months. First time was great. Second time, I walked in and a gal was sweeping lobby and said hello but kept sweeping. I stood there waiting and when she was done, she just went in the back. She never said “someone will be with you in a minute or anything” A guy comes out from back and the drive through bell rings and he takes care of them but I was left standing there. I finally just walked out after the girl passed by again without saying anything to me.
