You know what to expect when going to little Caesars, it’s the fast food of pizza. This location had plenty of hot and ready pizzas available during dinner time. The employee greeted me and waited patiently while I decided what to order. The whole transaction went smooth, the worker had a good attitude and the overall experience was above expectations.

We stopped by here after an 8 hour car ride to grab dinner before we finally made it home. My husband went in and ordered 2 hot and readys. Was told 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, he was told another 10 minutes. After that, he was told 15 more minutes. He said it’s already been 20 minutes when you told me 10, and now you’re saying it’s going to be 35? We ended up waiting 40 minutes. When he finally got our pizza, he said he watched one employee drop a pizza and a few pizza pans on the floor. He proceeded to pick the pizza up and put it in the oven. And then grab the pans and put them back on the counter, and put more pizzas on them. My husband told them they needed to wash those pans and throw that pizza out, and the employees just looked at him, didn’t say or do anything. There were several other customers waiting as well, and one who hadn’t ordered yet walked out once she saw what the employees did. One of our pizzas was burnt and the other was raw. I would avoid this establishment.

I ordered from here in the past and picked up.. they gave me a 15 min wi dow…we were there right on the dot…it was a custom pizza so no chance in getting a hot and ready that had been sitting….it was cold and hard…fast forward a year or so and i ordered the pretzel crust via a phone call. One was the hot n ready variety and one was custom with ham instead of pepperoni….they were delicious! Fast forward a week or so…couldnt get through on the phone…i tried all the way into town….no luck so i went in and ordered and was told they could not customize pretzel crust pizza. (I had just customized one about 10 days prior) I was told the general manager said they werent allowed to do that….happy mothers day to me….all i can say is they better be fresh…they are lucky they are getting 2 stars

We called in order and when we arrived to pick up our order. We were told that they were just putting our order in. So we had to wait another 20 minutes or so. And are breadsticks we’re not made like we requested. Also we were not offered any compensation for not having our order ready when we got there and for the screw up on our breadsticks.

Standish Little Caesars is the best one I have ever been to. The cost is higher here than at other Little Caesars locations, but you get what you pay for. I am happy to drive 15 miles out of my way to get the classic pizza and crazy combo meal here because it rarely disappoints.

Went to get 3 hot and readys were in luck there was three, but wait we have to wait 10 to 15 mins for a hot and ready because they have to save some for other customers… were the only ones in the parking lot. Not impressed at all.

I ordered a pizza from the Little Caesars website. We noticed that they now have a delivery option. So, we picked delivery. It stated we should have our pizza in 20-25 minutes and gave us a tracking button. 45 mins goes by and it doesn’t show it left Little Caesars yet. I call and see why it’s late. They tell me it’s a 3rd party (Doordash) that does there deliveries and half the time they don’t show up. Ok, well why do you use them or offer delivery if it’s not going to be delivered? Also, why didn’t you call me when my pizza is sitting there and getting cold? My husband went and picked up the pizza. Then they tell us we have to call Doordash to get our delivery fee & tip back! As of right now I’ve been on hold with them for over an hour! If you offer it on your website you should return my money! I shouldn’t have to go through all this hassle. It’s not like I ordered through Doordash! Worst customer service ever! DO NOT PICK DELIVERY FROM THE STANDISH LITTLE CAESARS YOU WON’T GET YOUR ORDER!
