Twice now I’ve ordered online and got to the store, tell the counter person my name and they simply point to the hot box. I Grab it and go only to find out that some of my order is missing once I get home. When I called to tell them, “oh yeah. Sorry. Not all the order can go in the hot box” and asked me to drive back up to get the rest of my order. Nope not worth it for the few bucks. So frustrating. And these folks want a $15 minimum wage.
