went in and ordered two pizzas and breadsticks, the lady told us it would be twenty minutes which is okay. 20 minutes later turns out they forgot to put the pizzas in and waited another twenty minutes. came back and every 2 minutes the lady told us it was almost ready. 30 minutes later we finally get our pizzas. not to mention the trash man took out an entire garbage bin filled with pizzas that were probably burnt due the terrible service of the employees. NO hair nets, NO gloves will not be going back.

this is one of the most poorly made pizzas i’ve ever seen. supposed to be four slices of pizza and cheese sticks. that tiny little section missing from the pizza? that was a cut slice. whoever made this clearly failed geometry.

Besides the fact that they claim that their phones aren’t working, there are several other issues! They were playing loud “gangster rap” music that uses the “F” word, they would do the register and go back to making pizzas without washing their hands, the long haired employees weren’t wearing hair nets, and they messed up our order and had to remake our pizzas. We won’t be going back until management takes control of this store and makes the appropriate changes. The only friendly employee we encountered was the new, young man up front. I went into this location today to pick up an order I placed. I had previously asked for a small cheese pizza. I was unaware that they did not offer different sizes and they never told me any different. They upsold me on another pizza I did not want then after reviewing the pizzas they never cut my 3 meat they convinced me to buy. When I called to tell the store about it they told me they were swamped and they only had the one size of pizza. When I asked why they didn’t tell me that they didn’t have a reason then said thanks for the feedback and hung up on me. No reconciliation or real accepting of the mistakes. Poor customer service. Don’t worry guys. I can cut my own pizza apparently..

I don’t know who made my order at this location today but whoever it was is dead wrong for even serving someone with pretty much half the bottle of Italian seasoning on my cheese bread. My thing is would you eat it? I called to complain about my order but of course my phone call didn’t get an answer which was probably because the music that was being played was too loud to even care.

Terrible! We waited 90 min for an online order and still never received it. Service is laughable at best, no refund issued and was told they will get to when they get to it. Needless to say it’s clear the owners DNGAF which carries over to the employees.

The pizza is good at this location, however what is the point of ordering pick up and paying ahead of time if you don’t use the portal. I have to wait in a long line with one grossly incompetent person working the register. Last few times I’ve ordered the Portal was not used. Pathetic! Service used to be great there
