I went to order pizza two days ago I was having a rough day and just wanted to get home and relax. I was first disappointed when I went in to order and the front counter guy wasn’t very friendly but anyways ordered they told me 30 minutes okay. I went back in 40 this time through the drive through hoping it would be quick,Get home and they have given me the wrong pizza I ordered two pepperoni extra cheese and pepperoni cheese bread I received two cheese and awful burnt cheese bread(Didn’t get a pic ) I live close so no problem drove right back to explain this time a girl came to the window I explained that this wasn’t my order the guy came to the window I picked the pizza up from I explained again(Nicely)He acknowledged me and that he gave me the pizza. I waited only for him to come back 10 minutes later with what I thought was my correct order (NO) get home and sure enough it’s the wrong order Again horrible flat hard cheese pizza and I pulled one piece apart before returning what I thought would be discarded (Only to receive not only a horrible two boxes of pizza but my same Two boxes I brought back)waste of money and time NEVER going back Again

This is by far the worst little Caesars I’ve been to. Was waiting over an hour for a hot and ready. No cashiers available because the cooks were to busy fist fighting in the back. then 3 employees ran out of the store and down the road. Including one of the other cashiers. I only seen one employee actually working. The second time I went to this location wasn’t any different. Do not recommend this location!!

Worst LC location, I’d rate zero stars if I could and won’t spend money here again. Went through the drive-through at night, TWO hours before closing, sat there for 5 minutes and nobody came to the window. Parked and went inside to order instead and the young man working in the back looked straight at me and then went back to looking at his phone. I said “hello?” and was still completely ignored.

I am so disappointed in this location after tonight. My family frequents this location for my brother (he has a feeding tube but still enjoys pizza when he can). This evening we had the pleasure of dealing with Emily and her nasty attitude, she clearly does not value her job or little Caesars customers. Sadly my brother has decided we will find a new pizza place as we have lost the friendly faces at our favorite pizza location and now have to deal with Emily. Being a decent human doesn’t cost a thing Emily keep that in mind

Ordered my food over the phone. Asked for it to be a lil well done because the last one I got was still doughy and they were closing so I didn’t get a answer. Was told no problem! Picked up my food drive 4 min away to my home and my food was COLD AND STILL NOT WELL DONE AND DOUGHY!! JUST HORRIBLE

Every time I have ordered from here, the food was not ready on time or the drive through line was 7+ cars deep and not moving. Found out they labelled my pizza under a completely different name, and gave no apology. Awful location for a Little Caesars, and incredibly inefficiently ran.

Was the second vehicle in line waited for 15 minutes was ignored for seven of those minutes at the pickup window asked for a hot and ready pizza was told no they are too busy come back later. Ordered a pizza at 920, came to pick up at 10. Ten minutes passed. Was told my order wasn’t ready. Then no explaination. The lack of professionalism was offensive. It’s not the employees fault. Based on what I saw was a lack of leadership and just trying to survive the night.

Waited in the drive thru 15 minutes. Get to the window, place my order for a hot n ready and breadsticks and pay. 5 minutes later I’m greeted at the window to hear that it’s going to be 10 more minutes for the bread sticks to be done. Never again.
