Thank you for the amazing service tonight! We were able to get in just in time. Pizza, crazy combo and nacho cheese were all GREAT. Since it was a pretty crazy night for them (as some customers can be and were being incredibly rude) we expected to wait and still ended up getting our food quicker than expected.

Hair hair hair!!!! This place used to be ok at best. Now, they don’t answer the phones, they don’t speak clearly or communicate with you. The employees act like they don’t care about their job. They don’t listen or get orders right, AND we found a hair baked in our pizza tonight. Very careless management. They should close. A terrible representation of the little Cesar’s brand. 1 star is too high. Grossssss

This location should just close until they can get a good manager and staff that wants to work. I ordered a fairly large order online waited 30 mins to pick it up and when I arrived the order wasn’t ready nor was it ever ready. They ran out of dough and the staff was all stressed out and on the verge of walking out. I ended up getting a refund 2hrs later. My guests at the birthday party were hungry and I had to show back up at the party 2hrs later with NO pizza. Talk about embarrassing.

This location needs a staffing change or a good manager. This is the third time going there I’ve received bad service. I NEVER leave negative reviews unless it’s really bad. I did an online order this time because they never have the lunch combo deals ready. Go to pick my order up and I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes (literally, this is not an exaggeration). This order was already paid for also. A gentleman from the back that was cooking let someone know they had a customer. They replied, “yeah, I know I told them I’d be right there” that employee did not tell me or the 3 other customers in the lobby they would be right there to help. They still didn’t help us either. The guy in the back came out and helped me, he is the only reason I’m not giving a One star review, and the only reason I’d go back again. Also, has any upper management been in this store? It needs a serious deep cleaning.

Pulled up to a store with a darkened lobby and the door propped open. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and waiting about 20 minutes. I walked back in and the guy came up and asked me what I ordered like he doesn’t remember that we talked just 20 minutes ago. The place is not busy at all, probably because they were making every effort to appear closed and avoid work. After he went through just about every hot box in the area, he handed me two pizzas that turned out to be rock hard and nasty. I’ve personally seen every one of these situations happen in this store that have been described in these ratings. I’ve had issues with other Little Caeser’s as well. Issues that just shouldn’t and do not happen in restaurants that want your business. Staff like the staff at this store are the reason why companies and trying to develop robots to take over these jobs. I’m done with this place. At this point, they should just close it up and go home but then again, that means that the staff there would bring their brand of “couldn’t care less” work “ethic” to other locations. I have a feeling the problems might go up pretty high with this company.

05/08/2023 – HORRIBLE PLACE…. Put a pizza order in online today at 2:52pm for a birthday party with a pick up time of 5:15pm – which is plenty of time too fulfill a 4 pizza and 3 breadstick order. Got there at 5:15 to pick order up and they apparently had no such order on file. I was one of three customers in line at the time who had also placed an online order with the same result – no pizza. The lady at the counter was rude and of very little help saying “they were a franchise and there was nothing she could do so you have to call corporate. ” Absolutely disgraceful and sorry excuse for a company. Save yourself from having to deal with this place and just go to Domino’s down the road. That’s what we did and had our order placed and filled within 15 minutes. Much better pizza and definitely much better service!!

The last two times I’ve been here there were extended wait times and left before I could get served. If you come here don’t expect to leave with a pizza. An extra special feature of this store is that they’ll accept orders online after they are closed, and you have to actually request a refund for the food they didn’t make!

Did you know if you wanna listen to a movie or catch that movie, this is the place to go. Staff is more interested in what movie is playing than working. There is an older lady that worked there today and makes a point to not to look at the counter, or be helpful. What should you do for lunch rush? Have hot and ready ready for customers? Not this place on this day. This use to be my go to for lunch because they use to make the pizzas amazingly and ready. What ever staff that was working on 4/5/2023 should definitely stay out of the food industry and concentrate on your movie watching gaming career in mom’s basement. Hope management will get better and weed out the garbage.

OMG… I CANNOT believe corporate hasn’t done anything about this absolutely horrific service at this location. I’ve been a customer at this location over 10 years. never had an issue. I’m fact, service was excellent. This year, it seems there is no management and a bunch of young kids who love running wild, doing what they want since there is no one to enforce. They almost NEVER even greet the drive thru window anymore. Oh… They’ll look right at you, but then keep messing around with their friends. I’ve had to ditch the window several times in the last few months, to go in. No! It is not a staffing issue. There are times I go during their down time, no customers, however, also, not a single hot n ready, ready not a single bag of bread. I’ve gotten home to discover a mushy, uncooked pizza that I can’t even hold. I’ve watched them give other customers orders away to walk ins, and the customers actually have caught on to what they’ve been doing. When I say, “orders”, I’m talking about customers wanting the good old “Hot N Ready” and crazy bread. YES. Myself as well as many other customers have had to wait up to 2 hours (that I’m aware of) for Hot N Readys!!! I was told to come back in 1.5 hours for 2 Hot N Readys and a bag of crazy bread. When I came back, an hour and 50 mis later….I still had to wait and additional 30 mins for the pizza AND LMAO… ANOTHER 30 min for my bag of bread! I am not exaggerating! Tonight, I arrived at the drive thru at 11:45 pm. Closing time 12am. 3 different boys looked directly at the me in the window. Each ignored me. Didn’t wave or signal they’d be right with me. I saw three front of the store was empty with only 2 Uber drivers picking up orders at the front counter. So …I knew they didn’t have customers. I also know the way that dump has been ran into the ground over the last few months by kids. I knew they were hoping I’d wait at the window just long enough for them to lock the front door and claim I arrived after closing. Knowing this, I decided to go in. As we pulled around front, the same 3 boys were huddled at the front counter, looking at me, laughing as I pulled in. Again, no pizzas ready. They rushed one hot n ready thru for us. The pizza was yet another uncooked mushy slop of a mess that we couldn’t hold to eat. I’d rather see this location close before we allow dumps like this provide food, or anything else t that matter, in my community. I can’t believe the kids hanging out there, pretending to work, calling themselves employees, aren’t embarrassed being the face of such horrible service.
