There was no sauce on my Detroit deep dish pizza. The cook said it was the normal amount by looking at the top of it. They manager said he did not want to see it. They would not remake it or give me any sauce to take. I will go somewhere else next time.

No manager on duty. A bunch of kids running around literally playing tag and trading memes in the kitchen with a lobby full of customers waiting. “15 minutes” turned in 45 after multiple excuses. I saw at least 3 customers return to the store in my time with wrong orders.

The food was good. We had to wait about 20-25 minutes for it to be cooked fresh, which I am completely okay with. I’d rather wait for fresh pizza The food & service was good. However, being a former Manager in a food joint for 5 years, something as simple as just a smile goes a long way. The Employee’s were friendly speaking but could use a smile. Overall, we’re happy with our service.

The service here has gotten super awful in the last 6 months or so… Something is always missing, and when asked about it- employees are rude. And get mad when you ask for what you paid for. Then they will get back on their phones, hand out what you were missing to other people. I literally waited in the store for 10 minutes before I asked for the pizza and bread sticks that were missing from my order. Then last week our 2 liter was missing from the order. Avoid this location if you can.
