I was not greeted upon entering the lobby. There were two employees in the front one was an older Caucasian woman stocking sauces (with extremely long yellow nails) and the other was a Caucasian man working the drive thru. Both employees saw me enter and made eye contact with me. I stood at the front counter for what felt like forever and still was never acknowledged. I finally left and called the manager while still in the parking lot. I observed while on the phone with the manager a Caucasian man enter the lobby who was immediately greeted by the older female employee she even smiled at him. This customer received the service that I should’ve received as well. I am of African American decent and I do believe because of that I was racially profiled. The manager I spoke with I believe her name was Cami or Tammy she was apologetic and offered to service me herself if I choose to come back inside. Honestly first impressions are everything and I did not have a good one at this particular little Caesar’s so I would never spend my hard earned money there. The manager did state that the two employees that I encountered were special needs. I am not sure how true that is due to me seeing first hand a Caucasian customer getting excellent customer service by one of the “special needs” employee. Special needs or not it is not an excuse to treat customers differently. I hope the manager will take the time to speak with these two employees and use this situation as a coachable moment and learning experience as you never know who will walk through the door of an establishment so treat everyone fairly and with respect. I will not return to the M-89 little Caesar’s nor will I recommend anyone of African American decent to spend their money there. All I wanted was some crazy bread instead I got a crazy experience and spent my bread elsewhere.

They have the slowest people that work here. Every time I’ve ever gone it’s a 30 plus minute wait. They always turn off their phones and online ordering, so you have to go through them. Save your time and spend a little money at a better and quicker pizza.

Walking in the store I was not greeted nor acknowledged. There were workers in there that looked right at me didn’t asked if I needed help or was I ready to order. They’re very rude and do not like To service BLACK African-Americans. This has been an on going problem for many years now. Worst Little Caesars do Not recommend

Had pretzel crust pizza going on. Getting pizza for my son. One of 2 locations that will do bacon on that instead of pepperoni. I pay a small extra fee, but glad they are willing to work with me. Thank you.

They never answer the phone no matter when you try to call them. Along with when you go through the drive through the either don’t say anything or just say we will be with you in a minute and never come back and they always seem short staffed and just running around.
