Workers are great. Whoever is in charge of running it is not. How is the lobby always closed? Waited 40 minutes for a pickup through the drive thru because their lobby is never open. Couldn’t even cancel bc it was already made and charged. Unbelievably poor service.

Their ingredients seem to taste as if they are using cheap ingredients yet the prices do not reflect it. Not just this Little Caesars but all of the locations I’ve tried lately. The employees can’t help the quality of the ingredients so I don’t hold them accountable.

Very poor customer service experience. I received 2 very hard dried out pizzas when I ordered 2 hot n ready pizzas this past Sunday on Father’s day it was close to closing hours so I wasn’t able to call the same day about the issue. So the next day I had to work and I had no time to call. So it was now Tuesday by the time I had time to call and they refuse to help and refund me my money or replace the pizzas with fresh edible ones. I used to enjoy a nice hot n ready but definitely just lost a customer!

2nd time. Worst experience Ever!!! Told that the guy cut the pizza wrong, was making new. 7min wait. I ordered a thin crust and extra most best. Waited for 30 minutes. Went to the door knocked( because the lobby is never open) the people working was laughing about my order and at me. One pizza was cold and had a note on the box. Not the first time they did this to me. The tall skinny young fellow says he the manager. Not a very good one!!!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered online for lobby pickup. Arrived at 745 and the lobby was closed, sign says it closes at 8. Reoccurring theme at this location. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru and you guessed it, everything was cold. I could see they had all the pizzas just sitting out on the table not in the warmers. Contacting corporate to see about a refund since the store won’t answer the phone.

Made a online order to portal. Arrived a little early the employee says about 10 more mins.. then they locked the lobby on myself and other online order customers.. told all of us to get in the drive through lane with approximately 10 cars in the line.. that being said I’ve ordered here alot in the past and there drive through service on most days is extremely slow.. there were atleast 6 visible employees no reason to not have the lobby open.. very poor buiesness and customer service

Got a lunch time deep dish pizza. Asked for Italian sausage but when I got it home it had pepperoni on it. Not a big fan of pepperoni so I’m annoyed. Went back and not only did they let me keep pepperoni pizza they made my originally requested pizza plus threw in order of crazy bread and sauce. Very much appreciated! That’s the proper way to say “are bad” and make it right for a person inconvenience! Again very much appreciated in a world where you usually get “ well what do you want me to do about it “ ATTITUDE! You have to be careful of the time of day in which you go here. Truthfully I’ve had more neutral experiences than bad ones but it truly depends on the day. Tendencies to overcook or half cook items such as cheese or stuffed bread and I recommend to always check your pizza box before driving off incase you have to make a return. Overall the food is 6.7/10, it’s fast food and that’s exactly that it is.

Hit or miss if they have the Hot N ready available you want. If not, guaranteed you’re waiting 25-40 minutes (even If they say it’s a 15 minute wait) you can even ask and confirm 15 min wait, when in fact you’ll wait 25 minutes or more. This has happened multiple times at this location.
