Ordered online a deep dish Pepperoni, a classic Pepperoni and breadsticks. To start they forgot our sauces when we went to pick up, kinda our bad but still annoying since we paid for them. They didn’t give us a receipt either. When we got home and opened the deep dish it was two completely separate pizzas. Makes me think it was leftover from lunch/sitting all day it also had that appearance. Idk not what I was expecting by 8 pieces and the images online on the website are all one pizza not two little pizzas in one box. The classic Pepperoni was literally cold in the middle I would put money on it being a hot and ready that they made 4 hours ago and needed to get rid of. Normally not one to leave reviews but this was so bad wanted to warn others before spending money. There’s a little Caesars in a gas station nearby that’s ten times better than the stuff I got tonight from this location.

I don’t know I always thought little Caesars hot and ready pizza motto stood for ready and out the door? will today I waited more than 15 to 20 minutes for a cheese pizza and while asking once more if my order was ready I have my receipt and on it my name because apparently if your pizza is not hot and ready you must prepay so I give my name and the gentleman proceeds to take every box of pizza out of the oven and open them on the counter in front of me… I say if you have my ticket name what is the need to open each box of pizza? ♀️ After all he says I’m sorry your pizza is not ready… So I wait as woman cashier comes asking you’ve been helped? No I’m still waiting here for my cheese pizza … She goes back to the ovens and I don’t understand because the pizza she handed me said Dave… I corrected her again telling her this is not my name she said it’s a cheese pizza it’s the only one …. ♀️ I have my receipt to match the pizza down below only my receipt doesn’t match my name because my name is not Dave …

Walked in to order a pretzel crust pizza and was told I had to order online but it’s advertised that you can walk in and get a pretzel crust. Then when I went back in to get my order one of the employees made a comment about the name that was on my order wasn’t a real name, definitely not what I wanted to hear. They have definitely got a lot of young teens working that don’t have respect when customers are in the store

As much as it’s affordable a salad option should be on the menu also miss the complimentary zap packs no one wants to buy a shaker of seasoning to make the pizza taste some what decent employees are rude and distracted this place should be closed down this establishment it’s horrid the employees will ask you to wait while they talk about how they dislike this job if you stop in cedar springs just don’t go here cedar for the most part is a friendly place we have a good community can’t say this for little ceasers customers are low priority if you go there you will hear it all from the employees while waiting for your pizza imagine you wait for a hot and ready the employees are miserable and mean because what incentive do they have ♀️#dobetterlitteceasers
