Just made a frozen pizza and cut it better than any of the incompetence working here. Got a hot n ready the other day and asked what was fresh. Got what they offered as the freshest… Got home 5 minutes away and it was very clear that this pie was in the heat box for hours and looked like a 2 year old sliced the pizza. This doesn’t look like a extra bestes sausage to me spent 25 dollars and got regular pizza very sad we will be going elsewhere and spend a little more for better service as I walked in the employees were yelling while customers were trying to order and will be spreading the word not to us this location it’s only getting a one star because I can’t post a no star or I would give them negative 5 stars I will start to support Salvinos and papa minios in Wayland

Ordered pizza & bread online to pick up in store. It was so hot didn’t want to cook after working in the heat all day long. When I ordered online there wasn’t a spot to add extra butter & extra cheese to the crazy bread. Called & talked to Danielle & she promised me she would take care of it for me & she did just that ! Don’t advertise Hot N Ready if you’re not going to have it available. If you promise it will be ready in 6 minutes, that doesn’t mean 15 minutes. And when someone returns a pizza that was wrong after they left the store, you shouldn’t be putting it back in the warming cabinet for sale. You don’t know if something was done to it.

I tried to order by phone, Manager answered phone put me on hold for 13.5 min until I walked in to pizza place. Said sorry it was me and accident. I asked to speak with owner said it’s my brother and he just left. Charged me full price no compensation and did not appear that sorry. Her name was Sam.
