Waited 45 minutes for food after I was told only 10. Spoke with a fella that said he was the manager and he was not polite to speak to. He tried to give me a reprint recipe to show my refund and got upset when I came back in asking for something that stated refund or void. The manager above him was preparing food and I witnessed him multiple times stroke his beard and continue to handle food. There was one women there that was helpful. She was trying her best. Safe to say that they didn’t cook one (the veggie) all the way and I got sick. Compared to the cheese, the crust STILL looks like dough. This was ordered Thursday night and my stomach is still recovering. I typically don’t have issues with this location but I figured this one should be brought to your attention. You get what you get for the price. The Eastern location, though, is always slow. I use the app, and my food is never done when it’s supposed to be. I’ve waited as long as 45mins before (only because I prepaid) and the service was terrible,cashier was rude and acted as if I was bothering her.

We live within walking distance of this store, so we used to go here pretty regularly. Over the last year or so, the service has become atrocious. Utterly unreliable. We have stopped by at nearly any hour of the day, only to find it closed. We just placed an order online tonight, only to have it cancelled an hour later. Unless there’s some future radical change in management and/or employees, we’re done.

I ordered a pizza told the guy I would be back for it. Went to come back AFTER I paid and waited 20 minutes and they locked the door. The manager unlocked the door and walked out all panicked and wondered why the door was even locked when there’s other customers ordering pizza. The girls behind the counter continued to ignore me after I was let in to get the pizza I ordered and paid for. I don’t understand why the door was even locked and I had to sit there and pound and pound on the door as the employees behind the counter continued to look at me! Absolutely ridiculous!

Past 2 times I’ve been here they have the doors locked. Why are the doors locked at 2pm on a Friday? It looked like someone was cleaning so if that’s the case, I respect the decision to clean the establishment but it shouldn’t be done during business hours. Or; if it is, leave the door unlocked and tend to customers when needed? Very unprofessional and your employees are making you lose money.

Used to be a very decent establishment, has gone quickly downhill. Orders take an hour to be fulfilled, just waited and hour, only to have it cancelled. Often closed. Often requires online orders only. Place is in shambles.

No Hot and Ready pizzas available at lunchtime. I have rarely had luck getting what I want when walking in, and have been charged for items that weren’t provided or when the store was closed been allowed to order. Worst LC in the area!
