I usually love little Caesars. For its price, I’d say you get some quality pizza. However, last two times I’ve arrived at this location the food I was handed was beyond bad. In my most recent visit my pizza was so thin it has holes in the bottom of it. The crust on half of the pizza was practically nonexistent. I am unfortunately hesitant to visit this location again.

So, we love some little Caesars pizza and don’t get me wrong, we have had our share of amazing food/service and not so amazing food/service. Unfortunately, tonight was the night for the not so amazing and its not like the place was dirty and the employees were rude, that is not the case. The employee at the front counter was super nice and had the food right there at the ready, but…..the pizza was overcooked and ice cold like it had been sitting for quite a bit. Which made no sense because our crazy bread was hot and fresh. Plus; I completely understand its like just over an hour before they close, why make fresh pizzas, when you got no clue if they are gonna sell. Still, that wasn’t right and I tried to call, no one answered.

This location is a hot disaster. The food is fine, up to Little Cesar’s par, however it would be much quicker to drive to another location. Online order? Forget it, especially on the weekends. This location will take over an hour to make a simple order. I say this not to be mean, just beware that the wait times are really bad. I was going to give it one star but it could change with decent leadership so there is hope.

I went to this place on one of their busiest nights. I had placed a $70 order they not only had it ready in time but when I came in I brought my 15 month old with me, I am also five days away from delivering my youngest, so I am very very pregnant. These folks on staff did not hesitate to help me carry my stuff to my truck. It was the nicest thing because I was already stressing on how I was going to get all of the food to the truck. I even said to myself I was going to have to make more than one trip, I regret not getting their names it was a nice middle-aged woman, and a younger teen staff, all very polite, and made it easy on a mom just trying to make it through a Friday night. Wishing they had a system where I could’ve left a tip for all of them, but I figured this is what I can do instead. Service like their’s deserves to be recognized. Eastern location between Burton and Alger is beyond trash at it finest! They do NOT pay their employees my daughter worked for 3 weeks and they didn’t give her a dime .. and the work conditions I’m sorry but idk who can work in a food business infested with roaches!!!

This location gets really busy. I can tell they all try their best to get everyone in and out as space is limited and the room does get filled up quick, especially during the evenings. Food smells great as always.

Ordered a hot and ready plus crazy bread, short and sweet. They were busy but had 5 or 6 people working so I figured it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later I finally ask what’s going on and he turns to the see through oven, grabs my order which had been sitting there the entire time, and hands it to me. What a waste of my time and I’d encourage people to go elsewhere
