My family’s experience at the Plainfield Little Caesars was disappointing. We don’t normally get frustrated with having to wait for orders, but after waiting for nearly 40 minutes simply for two pizzas and being told multiple times by employees that they were working on it, it would only be a few more minutes, and once being told they had not received our order after showing our receipt – the experience was upsetting.

My kids were craving little Caesar’s for dinner after their game. We sped there knowing it closed at 8 and arrived at 7:54. Drove up to the window and the alarm went off to tell them we were there. Saw 2 separate people walk by and not even look my way. Backed up and went over the alarm again and again saw someone walking away from the window, completely ignoring us. Rude and unprofessional. My kids were very disappointed and I was very mad. If they’d come to the window and told me they were no longer serving, I’d get it. But to blatantly ignore a customer at the window?? 2 big thumbs down.

Pulled into the drive through almost an hour before their close time. Almost every parking space was full and the open sign was on. Got around to the window and the lady asked if I was picking up an order. When I said no she said “we’re closed, can’t you see that?” I never expect much from places like this, but really?

I called the Plainfield store 2x on Sunday July 9, 2023 about 6:30pm & no one answered. Another time they said they were closed, I said it says you’re open til 8:00 & she just said yes. Can’t they get employees there? Maybe pay them a little more & there might be less turnover. We went to Dominos instead.

I waited in the drive thru to read at the window a handwritten sign, “Online Orders Only.” So I park and walk to the door to place an order inside instead. I get to the door, and it’s locked. I look up to see another small handwritten sign, “Online orders only.” It was such a horrible experience and a huge waste of time. Little Caesars is supposed to be there for a quick pick up, and all it was, was a headache. There could easily be a sign posted in front of the business that this location is only accepting online orders. What a horrible way to conduct business.

Closes at random times and sometimes they don’t even have hot and ready. Just wondering how this is going to play out long term. It’s not like little caesars is even that good. All they really had going is convenience and affordability. Just order a pizza from flo’s and get a large one topping. It’s a bit more but tastes much better. You’re welcome.
