The food is not that great for me personally but that may just be me. It’s their sauce, it gives me severe heartburn. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really good as in they’re very friendly and helpful and other times not so much. Those times they’ll treat you like you’re a bother. The atmosphere is ok but not real inviting.

I stopped in with pretty limited time and made my order based on what I was told was available. After I paid, I learned that food wasn’t available. I asked if there were other pizzas available for the same cost but different topping and I was told since the order went through, it couldn’t be changed even though there were several pizzas of the same cost available.

Rating is based upon who’s working when I stop in. Depending on who’s there, food isn’t always the greatest.. I’ve gotten pizza and Crazy Bread that’s sat for a while, but I’ve also had fresh, really good food. The last few times I’ve been in though, there hasn’t been but maybe 4 or 5 two liters of pop which is disappointing because I have to make an extra stop just for pop. The workers are friendly and kind, however I’m not happy with the quality of food most times and for that I wouldn’t and I’m not going to give this store a good rating. I hope the service improves or I’ll continue to bring my business to the Kalamazoo Ave. between 60th & 68th St. location.

I will never go to this store again they are rude and don’t care I ordered two pizzas and a breadstick and they couldn’t even get that right and then when you call and let them know that the person that had taken your order is a completely rude and disrespectful. Not to mention they don’t know where any of our orders are at? They just know that they’re really busy supposedly. Let the manager know what had happened the night before because they refused to answer their phones he act like he don’t even care, so what’s the point I guess if you don’t care I guess I can just make it everybody know not to go there because they just don’t care as far as the pizzas go. That was the nastiest pepperoni pizza. I’ve eaten in a long time not to mention it’s probably been sitting there for a good couple hours, so sick of how management cannot control their employees with the disrespecting here.

Ordered the “old world” pepperoni pizza, knowing that I have to wait for them to make it. They grabbed an existing pepperoni, added cheese and pepperoni and baked it again. So now I have old pizza, with too much cheese, that’s burnt. I’ve ordered this same pizza dozens of times because I like a lot of pepperoni. Walked in and ordered pretzel pizza. Had to wait 10 minutes. Got it home and the crust wasn’t even the pretzel. It was normal crust with the salt all over it. Dough was a little raw and the whole thing was just a mess. People just dont care anymore.

I ordered online thru the pizza portal and it told me that my order would be done by 5:04pm so I went to go pick it up and it wasn’t done yet. They hadn’t even started making it yet. I literally sat and waited for an hour before my food was actually done and in the portal. And all I ordered was 2 pizzas and crazy bread and they weren’t even busy so idk why it took so long..

Horrible experience at this location. Ordered on line and was advised of a time to pick up the food, went up to the store at that time. Food wasn’t ready and had to wait another 30 minutes. They wanted to argue that I only ordered one crazy bread and I had to pull the order up on my phone to show them. My crazy breads were both rolled up, one was burnt and the other one was all squished and soggy. Both not good at all. This is what my pepperoni pizza looked like next to a cheese only pizza. That pepperoni pizza was absolutely disgusting to say the least. I’d give zero stars if I could.
