Pissed the council bluffs Iowa one will not answer they pick up their phone and hang up. I ordered pizza and had it brought home to us every pizza is not made right at all and I can’t even get through to let them know I paid a lot of money and ordered ahead of time to have pretzel crust pizzas and others to not get anything I ordered. One of the worst little Caesars not the first time they messed up.

This place is, hands down, THE WORST little caesars in the area. Only people that get their pizza on time are the employees friends. And FORGET about delivery. Expect 2 hours AT LEAST to get your pizza. Never seen a manager in this place. Just a bunch of kids trying to figure it out for themselves. You can drive thru but they’ll still make you park. NEVER have ANY hot n ready. NEVER! They don’t make online orders until you show up and ask for it. “Oh, it’ll be 10 minutes.” Never fails. Just plain SUCKS! You’d be better off driving down to L st. It’ll be worth the time and WAY LESS hassle.

Absolutely horrible. Waited 45 min after it was supposed to be picked up. No one would help me. One was on his cellphone and two others in crocs kept walking around. It took 4 people to take 1 pizza out of the oven and there were 7 people that came after me that didn’t get helped either. The vehicle in drive thru was honking to get someone to help them. Absolutely miserable experience. Not to mention the bugs and Flys everywhere.

This store was great 2-3 years ago. As of 2023, it’s probably the worst run restaurant in council bluffs. Employees close the place an hour (or more) early frequently. When I call, it typically rings for several minutes before auto-hanging up. When I do get ahold of someone, they ALWAYS (and I mean always) put me on hold for an extended time, and/or just hang up. When I called on 7-15-23, they picked up and instantly hung up twice and the third time the (male) employee picked up and said “LITTLE CESARS. HOLD!” ..and then hung up.

Honestly the worst and most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever had to endure for a simple refund. Asked for a refund because the pizza was dry and tough and they would not stop talking about how it’s fine and it’s not old, etc. Instead of a refund, we got a just as bad of a pizza that looks like my one year old cut it because it was obvious a refund was too much to ask for and I couldn’t listen to any more reasons why in their head it was okay. Wish I could have just gotten a refund.

The food is fine but the service sucks at this location. I placed an order online for pickup almost 2 hours ahead of when I planned to pick it up and when I got there, it still wasn’t ready and I had to wait almost another 20 minutes. There was also a large crowd in the lobby waiting to be helped because the one guy running the front register was also running the drive thru window.

Ordered food 40 minutes before going to pick it up. Status of order was stuck on packaging. Arrived at 8:00. Sat in the drive through with 3 cars ahead of me until 930pm. They would not let me cancel the order in store and told me to wait in the drive through, which was not moving. After I picked up the pizza I found that it was uncut and half the cheese was missing from one.

Your pizza at this location used to be really good, but the last few times I’ve been have VERY DISAPPOINTED! I usually order they pepperoni stuffed crust which now I have had to throw away the whole pizza more than once!!! It’s very over done cheese is completely hard and pepperonis are very burnt!!! I’ve ordered and it came out this way and today I even picked it up to see if it made a difference and it didn’t at all!! I Also tried talking to the lady at the window before I left today and she act as if it wasn’t a big deal so as far as this location I’ll just stick to Pizza Hut or godfathers sorry..

I ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread with marinara sauce. First I had to wait half an hour. Which is surprising since there hook is pizza hot n ready. Then I did not get the marinara. Which I was charged a dollar for. When I called about it I was told comeback and get it and hung up on.
