Good pizza for the price of course, but I am not surprised with customer service. I have ordered sometimes 20mins ahead (even though it supposed to be hot and ready) and my pizzas have not even touched a oven yet. There is a lot of young staff who don’t care about their job and most of the time cussing very loudly in the back and playing vulgar music. This place used to be good but it’s definitely not as good at all anymore.

Repeatedly kicked me off an online order i was trying to make. So then, when I went to call they had phones disabled 20 minutes before closing time! so since I was already out and about hoping to pick up pizza I drove there and they also unfortunately they also had doors lock the door 15mins to closing time. I feel like I just spent the last 45 minutes wasting my time trying to place an order omline when I wish I would have just called.

Put your phone on the hook, get some new management or close the doors. This place is absolute garbage and it’s ran by 12 year olds. It is nearly 7:00pm on a Friday night. I’ve called over 20 times to receive nothing but a busy signal. If I goto the store and get refused service one more time because the toddlers you have running YOUR establishment refuse to work and want to close early I’m tearing the lobby up. Point blank period, absolute nonsense to whoever owns this franchise to allow this level of unprofessionalism. Makes me sick. I don’t have a card to use to order online, if y’all are allowing the children you place “in charge” to destroy your profit margin like this you deserve to be closed down.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. I was waiting to pick up my pizza and a lady was in front of me. She didn’t like the pizza she got and wanted a new one. I looked at the pizza and it really looked bad. She wasn’t being rude about it and the cashier who turned out to be the manager told her to “get out of my store.” I told him he was very rude to her so he told me this wasn’t any of my business and told me to get out too. Needless to say I didn’t buy his pizza. It’s a shame because I’ve been to other Little Caesar’s and their service and food is very good for the price you pay.

I tried calling 6 times and the phone was busy. I went into the store which had 2 customer before me. I called again while waiting to place my order and the phone was busy again. I looked over where the phone was and a lady was sitting there looking at a computer. I asked the young man at the register if they answered their phone. He said yes. After I got my pizza I left and tried to call again. This time it rang a few times, someone picked up and then hung up right away. I don’t think I’ll be going to this pizza place again. I’ll pay a little more and get my pizza from Domino’s which is right next door.

This place needs to be shut down right away. Nothing but young immature kids working there and not taking care of customers. Last year and before that I was always in and out in about a minute or 2 and now I had to wait 20 minutes last time just for one lousy pizza. Also what’s with getting rid of the cold case for sodas? Soda should be cold not warm. Thought it was ” hot and ready “

Every time I go in there are issues. Now I’m Perfectly fine with waiting for food. All I ever get is the hot and ready, sometimes it’s not ready. No big deal. Everyone was turned away unless they order online… So phones or ordering and waiting at location isn’t a thing? Hire a new manager with experience and maybe this place will turn around…

They canceled my order without calling or notifying me. I found out when I went to pick up my order and I was informed they didn’t feel up to making my order so it was easier to refund me. All employee were standing around on their phones and not eager to assist me in anyway. This establishment has gone downhill.
