Understaffed, registers are always malfunctioning, can’t just walk in and order something, you have to order online, takes just as long as an actual pizzeria for one pizza to be ready for pick up. We ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza and cheesy garlic bread and there was a long hair in the pizza and the garlic bread was gooey and I called MULTIPLE times to either get my order refunded or remade and after 5 minutes on hold, they picked up the phone and hung it right up. Disgraceful customer service and behavior!

Do not order from this place. It doesn’t matter if you order online or walk-in, nothing is ever ready on time. Two Pepperoni Pizzas with Crazy Bread ordered through the app took more than an hour. The notification said the pizza was ready. I went to pick it up and it wasn’t out of the oven yet. It’s the worst pizza place in the city. Be prepared to have the employees hate you for walking into the store too. You can feel the hate as soon as you walk in. Next time we want fast pizza, we’ll go to Kwik Trip. I knew the minute I submitted the order I should have just made the Mama Cozzi pizza from the freezer.

Consistently 20-40 minutes wait past the time the app will say it’s ready. Employees consistently unaware of what order pizzas are apart of, also when asked why the app says pick up times that they know aren’t realistic they state management knows but isn’t concerned.

Awful! 1hr past my order time and my order hadn’t even gone in the oven. Tried calling for more info but they wouldn’t answer phone. Drove 20min to store, only to have 3 more orders still in front of me so had them cancel my order. Workers had zero sense of urgency which likely explained the back up of orders. App should be able to adjust order pick up time according to number of orders they’re receiving- 1hr past estimated pick up time for an order to not even GET STARTED is terrible! Additionally, one of the workers was eating while prepping pizzas- glad I canceled. Will never be back.

They are completely incompetent and move slow when in a rush. I ordered a pizza online before they even opened in the morning for a 4:45pm pick up on my way to work. When I arrived at 4:50pm, not only was it not ready, they took 10 minutes to even acknowledge my presence. Then, when I finally spoke to the lady making the pizzas, I was told it would be another 20 minutes for my pizza, it wasn’t even started yet. 7.5 hours notice to make a pizza isn’t enough apparently. The sloppy kid working there was slow and couldnt care less and doesn’t cut the pizzas all the way through the crust. I obviously asked for a refund as I was going to be late for work if I’d waited for the pizza. It turns out, they made the pizza 35 minutes later according to the notification I received and never got the refund…..Tell me why I should ever go back?

They said it would be an hour for a pizza that’s supposedly suppose to be hot and ready. They seriously need to get it together. Does not make any sense that now a days they are so slow. They used to have it together. This store is isn’t what it used to be. Now I’m trying to make a phone order and iv been on the phone for about 15 minutes and no answer. I just don’t want to go up there and wait around for an hour. For one pizza this is ridiculous. Poor poor they used to be so good with orders

Not going to waste my precious energy recounting my experience here. Long story and 2 hours short, don’t order from here. Absolutely terrible “lady” at the counter. Swearing at customers, ignoring customers, etc. FINALLY, I went behind the counter and grabbed my own ICE COLD pizza. Thanks for ruining my night, I’m sure you don’t care at all.
