I’ve had plenty of deep dish pizzas made as the perfect rectangle and not burnt crust. To get this was a complete disappointment. I ordered on the app, got dressed, drove 15 minutes and my pizza wasn’t ready. Sat listening to staff laughing and goofing off. Then get my pizzas and I get home and open up to this. Instantly ruined my night.

The entire kitchen doesn’t know what they’re doing. The staff is very rude. My pizza was over an hour late. They were only doing online orders and refused to answer phones. Very unorganized. And they got my order wrong. I will never go back again!!!

Ordered through the app last night, wasn’t paying attention. Said over an hour, I had to stop at the store near there so I planned to go in & ask. However, lobby was PACKED. everyone looked angry. I waited, went at my time – lady behind the counter says our ovens have been down & I can’t refund anyone. Like what? Why would they not turn online ordering off? And how can you not give refunds? An hour later I get an alert that my pizza is ready. This location has went downhill completely.

I placed an order and used a coupon code for the order. When I arrived, they were closed. I had to go to a different location, but I was no longer able to use the coupon code because it was attached to the order at the closed location. I called customer service the following dY day and was told the district manager would contact me, I STILL haven’t heard from her. I waited a week and called customer service back. They said the district manager should have already called and would make sure she did… well, to date, SHE HAS NOT.

Waited 45 mins on a on line order, asked 3 times on my order they kept saying that they where waiting on something, than they couldn’t find the order, while waiting on my order I noticed the employee taking the new orders was eating a slice of pizza while taking there orders, when my order was finally filled they were going to give me two pizzas that sat on there counter for 50 min, when I told them that I no longer wanted the pizza order, the same employee that was eating the pizza became very rude and gave me attitude. Being busy is not and excuse for bad service and giving customers attitude.

Can’t even give it a star. need to either get management in there who care or just shut this place down. supposed to be open till 9 & 2 times got there once at 8:15 the other little before 8 & door locked with employees saying they were closed. one time stopped like at 5 p.m. to be told they were out of dough. not to mention shouldn’t take half hr. to get a pizza & crazy bread especially when seen at least 4 employees working joking messing around in kitchen

Was literally yelled at and threatened by an employee because I asked how long it would be and was told 45 minutes. After saying I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew that he began yelling at me to the point 2 employees had to restrain him from advancing and tell him to stop. All in front of my son. My son is now afraid to go back into his favorite pizza place. All while he was eating while preparing food.

This location is absolutely horrible! They are often times closed during posted open hours, they turn off their online ordering system often as well, and they don’t pick up the telephone; you will just hear the “we’ll be with you shortly” recording over and over. Orders can take over an hour to receive, nothing is ever “hot and ready” to buy, the lobby is dirty and management is unprofessional. I don’t write reviews very often, but this one needed to be done. All the other one-Star reviews are not an exaggeration. Whoever owns this location should have the franchise taken away from them by the corporate office.
