I told the lady that the code to open my order didn’t work after I had tried 3 times, saying that the code was invalid. I showed my order and code it to her. She has no people skills. Not even a simple hello or can i help. She was super rude. She just threw her hands up and had a sassy look on her face and told twice me to just open it. I reitterated that I had tried and it didn’t work. She finally got it for me and just walked away. The other employee who was right there didn’t even say sorry or anything either. Worst customer service ever!

Called in an order for pickup because the online ordering system was not working. When I arrived I paid for my order and 5 minutes later they told me they cancelled my order because it never got to the kitchen. I’m guessing since it was 30 minutes before closing they just didn’t want to make the order. Poorly run store. Won’t return again.

They only gave Door Dash a 1/4th of our order. We had to pick up the rest, AFTER we had paid and tipped Door Dash. Little Caesars tried to blame Door Dash, but Door Dash only delivers. They offered no monetary resolution and the Little Caesars employee was NOT helpful, just passed the blame. Sad!
