Placed order via mobile app on a Thursday for weekend (Saturday) pick up. Was interested in promotion for Pepsi pineapple. The beverage was listed in the app as available at this location, but there was none in stock at time of pickup. My custom thin crust pizza was ordered with pineapple as one of the topping selections. There was no pineapple on the pizza either. I personally expect an order with more than 48 hours advanced notice to be completed on time and as specified.

Food is good but it took 50 minutes to get our food. The pizza looked like it was sitting on the side in the box, so they sent it back and made a new one. They also gave me a free pizza which is why I’m giving them 2 stars.

I have attempted multiple times at multiple times of day and multiple days of the week to place an order here. I’ve tried calling in, going in person, etc. etc. Every time I’ve visited during their posted hours (now no longer publicly posted as they literally removed the sticker from their door with hours) they are locked shut.

I just visited the Shawano Little Caesars location and have never experience worse customer service anywhere. Started relatively fine, took a little extra explaining that we wanted bacon and pepperoni on one half and cheese on the other because some of our family doesnt eat meat but that was fine. Once we got home we found out our pizza was wrong and our breadsticks were stuck together and smothered in italian seasoning. I came back and was as chill about it as possible but the main female manager working 5/21/23 at 6pm became extremely defensive and angry about the mistake. She started just being short with me and not listening to what I was asking, then began yelling at me. She started cussing loudly about it in the back so I could hear, as I am begging her and her co-workers to listen that I genuinely didnt mind that much I just needed it corrected but again I was ignored and she continued.

Kind of surprised they even have 3 stars. Went there at 6:30pm. Asked for the pepperoni and cheese bread half and half. The person at the front said “well I guess I have to make that” and ran to the back. Didn’t even ask if that completed my order. When she resurfaced, she asked if that was all. I said no I wanted to order another pizza- a deep dish. She rolled her eyes at me and threw her arms in the air- like it was my fault she didn’t ask if I wanted anything else. Didn’t ask want I wanted- assumed I wanted another pepperoni pizza and proceeded to make it. Like who orders two separate pizzas if I don’t want something different? While in the kitchen heard her dropping f- bombs, b-words along with damns. Now I could understand if we came in at closing but it was 6:30 on a Tuesday. They make pizzas right? This lady needs to go. (Grey short hair and tattoos-just a physical description not any judgement) If she is manager, needs to go. If she is franchise owner, she still needs to go. Feel sorry for other kitchen staff because no way I was leaving a tip.

Went here today and the breadsticks were not done at all.. they were basically dough. I went back in and got two new bags and they were not much better. Every time I come to this location the food is not all the way cooked. Someone is not training these people right.

Corporate will be hearing about this. EVERY time I come here it’s closed. Just tried to stop here. Said they were open until 8. It’s 5:53 on a Monday. Their sign even said open but they weren’t. I love little ceasers but I don’t think I’d ever be back. I normally don’t leave reviews but this was stupid. Dominos will always be better. Never will come back here again. Don’t even know when they will be open! How are they even in business. Maybe hire people who arnt lazy in their jobs.

I keep giving this place second chances when I shouldn’t. Did a online order today and it was supposed to be ready after 25 minutes. My husband went to pick up and they said they hadn’t even started it and it would be another 45 minutes.
