This was by far the worst experience I have ever had! I placed an online order at 4pm, It was supposed to be ready by 5pm. I was in the store for a half an hour and nobody even looked my way. I saw other costumer’s there who were waiting for 45min! I didn’t get my food until 6:30pm! Multiple people canceled their ordered and walked away because they kept getting orders wrong. The woman who was working was running around the store wiping her hands on her pants then touching the food. At one point in the middle of the chaos she went outside for a smoke break, came back in didn’t wash her hands and went right back to making food. Not at any point did I see her wear gloves or wash her hands. When I finally got home 1hr 30min later with my food I opened the crazy bread and found it crushed and raw. Never going back again.

Today I stopped in for one of the fresh and ready pizzas. I understand the food service shelf life, but what I got was something that probably only spent 30 seconds in an oven and then heating up in a warming box which left everything completely raw in the middle and fossilized on top…but most importantly, nobody touched it with any sort of blade. I had three kids in the back seats and needed to feed them so I picked up one of your pizzas and handed the box to them, but when you hand a box with a whole pizza that hasn’t been cut to three children… Let’s just say it took me the last 3 hours to clean the mess up. Please try to at least cut your pizzas… I realize that they’re cheap and easy, but at least cut them…

So many things wrong with this place! Placed order in the app it said it would be done about 4:46 we got there and order was just sitting on the counter never got notification that it was ready I was supposed to receive an email and following the tracking on the app still said it was in the oven. Then they had to remake two out of the four pizzas, one was remade twice another remade once because they were wrong! While there remaking the pizzas the crazy bread is just sitting out on the counter and transactions are being handled over the food. My husband asked to have them put under the heater and the front worker said okay but doesn’t do anything! So there still just sitting there. By the time we get the correct pizzas the crazy bread is cold. My husband asked for new orders of crazy bread and was offered only one when we ordered two because they apparently didn’t have anymore. To top it off the crazy bread we received was overcooked. The front worker whose name was Rainy was also not very helpful during all of this and had an attitude. Also I hope she doesn’t have anything to do with the food prep because she was touching her septum nose ring and never washed her hands. Very unhappy with the service and the food. Wasn’t offered a discount for the inconvenience, only offered a free cold overdone crazy bread that had been sitting out on the counter.

Been here a dozen times and been deeply disappointed on half of those occasions. Deep dish items are always so undercooked as to be raw in the middle. Today my slices & sticks were cold because they were sitting in the box while I waited for notification. Get your act together, guys.

Must of been friday the 13th yet wasn’t even Friday! Everything got messed up that confused 3 employees and over 10 guests. I got wrong flavor of item ordered. Darn. Better than nothing I paid for. Better luck to you guys this month !

I ordered the deep dish pepperoni pizza and it was undercooked, had far too much cheese on it, and was smashed. The crazy bread here is alo not fully cut and is also very small. Nothing like it is advertised.

The staff here is very friendly. However they usually don’t have much that’s actually hot and ready, and the crazy bread is usually overcooked. Today’s bread wasn’t too dark, but they were tiny! We got 3 orders all this tiny. This will be our last meal from this location.
