Spearfish 57783 Ordered online could not get meal deal. Ordered 5 pizzas got very few napkins had to request more finally got enough for one per person. They didn’t have plates, they didn’t know which person was the manager. Complete chaos.

Tombstone frozen bake at home pizza is literally better and only $4 instead of $15 for a Supreme. And I had to go home and bake to finish cooking the dough anyway! I feel ripped off.

The only little caesars I’ve ever seen charge 9 dollars for a classic hot n ready. They lowered the price back down to 7 after a while but now they’re closed on Sunday AND Monday. Weird business model.

Super unprofessional staff, kid at the counter was extremely rude and cleanliness obviously isn’t their top priority no one had hairnets that was handling food, or gloves kid would touch money and then go back and make pizzas. Super disgusting We will not be coming back

Extremely lousy place to go!!! Wanted a simple small cup of black olives. 1st the person on register couldn’t find a button to push to charge for item. 2nd went to ask manager about it, rudely told us, can’t have because there was no button to charge us for it. We were willing to pay for a plastic container of black olives, but could only get olives if we ordered a cheese pizza with olives. We will NEVER, I repeat NEVER do little Caesars again . And we will tell everyone we know to not order there. We have been in food services for more than 35 years and know pure lazy when we see it.

They usually follow their slogan of “Hot and Ready” although sometimes there can be a small delay, it’s usually nothing over 10 minutes. They also allow you to order from their app and pick up your order in-store, which is very convenient.
