Normally, I don’t give a good review at all when my order doesn’t seem right. However, I ordered three things. I ordered a pepperoni pizza which was fantastic. I ordered breadsticks which my wife says were fantastic. However, I did order some jalapeño and bacon cheese sticks. Now I have been eating there for years and always ordered pepperoni cheese sticks, which do not have pizza sauce on them. They either have no sauce or there’s garlic butter on the bottom I don’t know they are just great. Today however I ordered jalapeño bacon cheese sticks and they were made with pizza sauce. Very disappointed did not care for them. Had to throw them out. Am I wrong that they should not have had pizza sauce on them? Keep in mind I’ve been in the industry for 27 years and had cheese sticks from every place that made them and there’s never been pizza sauce on them

Honestly every time I go to the store, it’s tough to even walk in the door. It generally isn’t friendly there, you’re lucky if you’re greeted. The vast majority of workers at this location to have no sense of urgency. This used to be the place to go if you wanted quick pizza. Now it’s just the place you go to get pizza and hope that you get it within a reasonable amount of time along with dealing with very miserable workers.

Accidentally placed an order for the wrong store as am currently out of town and the person that answered the phone apparently could not figure out how to cancel the order. Some unknown person apparently “forgot their Pizza Portal number and whoever was at the register at the time didn’t bother asking said person what the name on the order was to prevent someone stealing an order that wasn’t under their name. The guy that I talked to said I could cancel the order on my end through the online receipt, but there was no “cancel order” button or “refund” button option. I worked at a Pizza Hut and when someone wanted to have and order canceled we would need to call our store support number to have them cancel the order and start the refund process. I am thoroughly flabbergasted to how this person or the manager working at the time couldn’t or wouldn’t do so.

they mess up orders all the time, if you want food from here dont try to use their custom order settings just get the base pizza seems to be the only thing they hardly ever mess up. also ordered a sticks and sauce and never got the sauce on multiple occasions where i had to ask the cashier for sauce and was told they didnt have any.

I purchased the Pretzel Crust Pizza the pizza itself was good the crust on the other hand was not good it was so salty it was disappointing for my family. The pizza didn’t look like the commercials. I don’t blame the workers I blame the Little Caesar’s itself.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SOGGY, DOUGHY FOOD. We live in Lincoln so we tried to call a head to order. We called them FIVE TIMES. Every single time they answered…. But HUNG UP ON US! So we just put in the order online. Luckily we only got one extra most bestest pepperoni and some bread because it was nasty. Not cooked completely so it was doughy and soggy by the time we got home. Never did like LC and this experience reminded me why I don’t even bother with any of these stores.

I just walked in, they had 3 h&r pizzas I ordered 5. I didn’t even wait 10 minutes. Cashier had the same attitude you get from every LC cashier it’s gotta be part of the corporate training by now.
