Awful experience. Tried calling in my order at 8, the phone was not answered the three times I called. I got there at 8:32 and tried ordering a pizza, they would not make it and said the oven was turned off at 8:30. When I asked why the phone wasn’t answered the worker responded with, “ the phone was dropped in the mop bucket.” I order a pizza from the hot case and that was dreadfully bad, it looks like it has been sitting in the hot case for 4 hours.

Absolutely terrible service we called are order in at 8 I showed up at 8:25 asked if are order was ready and that the name was Thomas they said they have nothing under Thomas so we assumed we called the other little Caesar’s so we drove 15 minutes across town to that little Caesar’s they said they haven’t had a call in more then to hours but she was more then happy to let us get what they had in the heaters. We called the first little Caesar’s and told them are order was through them and we told them what it was they said oh we put Conner instead of Thomas. Those names are not even close but ok so we headed back to the pizza place it’s was about 9:02 the employees were rude and when we asked for a discount for making us drive back and forth they said we can’t do that as the other boys in the back were talking about us he then handed us are order and we reminded him that we had 2 wings he went to the back grabbed us one set of wings. I have a good feeling they messed up the name on purpose so they could take are order home with them and eat the wings in the back of the store.

People can say what they want to about National pizza chains. I find the pizzas here excellent. We order them on the app and once you know how to use it you can customize the pizza of the way you want. Further the app allows you to access some specials. For example with any pizza you sometimes get an entire leader of cola of your choice free. My main complaint is the app is supposed to tell you when your food starts cooking and supposed to tell you when it is ready. But time after time we have learned to go in even before we are told it is ready and there is a delay between the pizza sitting there ready to pick up and the time they send you the phone message. This has to be fixed since this pizza is absolutely the best when it is hot. Give this pizza another chance. Pretend you don’t know where it came from. We find it just fine 🙂

They NEVER answer the phone. So I went down to the store to place my order. While I was waiting I decided to give the place a call, curious to see if the phone would ring and what they would do about it if it did. Sure enough their phone rang. The girl at the counter stood there ignoring it. There were no other customers in the store, she wasn’t completing any tasks, just didn’t feel like answering the phone I guess. Really makes you wonder about the management of the place. It’s one thing when teenagers at their first job don’t care, but you’d think management might do something about it. I’ve had problems calling in orders for months so it’s not just a fluke.

The location on brooks were out of hot and ready’s so i opted for a most bestest. The kids were starving so all 4 and 1 grownup had gotten there slices. The pizza looked old from the first time opening it. I tried to eat my slice, it was so old. I took the last two slices back i side and the young lady i spoke to was rude as rude can be. Would not listen to what I the customer had to say. She said there are two slices left im so sure it was old. Laughed and walked off. Wow!

The weekday day staffing is Great!! Evening and weekends are atrocious. Do Not order the chicken wings unless you want pinfeathers and uncooked crazy bread regularly. Then that staff won’t answer the phone or I was even told they had No More crazy bread 20min before closing although it’s seriously Just pizza dough cut into sections. Go week days if you’re wise and want edible arrangements.

Have tried order at this Little Caesars location twice in the last two weeks, unsuccessfully. Have tried to call, they don’t answer the phone. Have tried to order online, website says not currently taking orders. Also attempted to pickup a hot and ready pizza in person, workers immediately walked to back of kitchen while their co worker made out with boyfriend and payed no attention to myself or other patrons attempting to make orders. We have been customers of this location for years, never had this type of service before. I understand there is a workforce shortage, but this it ridiculous.
