There was no ready cheese pizza and that was ok… even better I thought…cause I will get a freshly made pizza …instead I got a pizza that looks and tastes worst than leftovers. I normally don’t write reviews when my food is bad… but this was for my kids , they were excited to eat pizza. Not going to this location ever again…that’s for sure.

I’m literally waiting on my order, that I ordered online, at least 20 minutes prior (was only 3 min early.) Come to find there were no employees even in the store because they ran out of cheese and the one manager had to buy some next door. My order hadn’t even been started, and every loser employee that was supposed to work, called off and left the poor lady alone. Seriously every last person in this location needs to be fired except the one that had to run to get the cheese. Then hire people who actually want to work. This is absolutely ridiculous, and not the first time this has happened when i ordered too.

Always have to wait to be helped, when ordering from home more often then not I’m never notified that my food is ready. Example tonight I ordered my food at 6:30pm and it would be ready to pick up at 7:07pm. At 7:30pm I walk in to see if my order has even been started and had to ask someone to be helped even though they knew I was standing at the counter. He didnt know if my food had been started then after checking he realized that was actually finished, and I quote ” just came out”. He handed me the box and it was barely warm to the touch. My food had obviously been done for a while and was already cooling off all the while my email said they were just starting to prepare it. This place has gone down hill over the last year. Really bad. After I got home I recieved an email saying my food was ready to be picked up even though I’m sitting on my couch eating it.

I went to order some Buffalo Caesar wings, and was told there would be a 10 minute wait. While I was waiting, I observed the employees (all teenagers) in the back, and they appeared to be casually horsing around. There were 3 other customers who were waiting for their food as well. After waiting for 25 minutes, I finally got my wings. They were smaller in size compared to the last time I ordered from there. When I tasted the wings; they were lukewarm.

Stuffed crust is always the best. But on New Year’s Eve one of the girls that was working had a bad attitude. I called around 3ish like 8times to see if they were open, no answer. Finally got an answer & right away she said “just to let you know we’re no longer accepting orders over the phone” like okay? That’s good. I just wanted to ask what time they closed. Then my husband had passed through there around 5:30 to see if they were open & they were. Little did he know that I called before he got there. He came home with the food & he said that the lady didn’t seem to be in a happy mood because lastly she tossed the ranch at him. I’m like yea I could tell by her voice when I called. I agree what he said that he understands they’re busy but doesn’t give the right to treat customers with disrespect. Work is work & money is money. ♀️

Don’t know how this location has ANY 5 star reviews. I have issues everytime I order from here. Today I ordered online and it wasn’t ready when I got there even though I arrived a little later. Had to wait for them to make a new pizza. Was supposed to have extra cheeze and pepperoni and it didn’t. Also, the sauce tasted metallic.
