Got the cheese sauce pretzel pizza and it was okay. I have had better. I also got the Italian cheese bread which is my favorite and I asked for for extra seasoning and got almost none…. Not to mention they were extremely chewy(undercooked) rather than crispy like it should be. The worker was super nice and very quick and kind with the customers. Staff get 5 stars and food gets 1 for being doughy and under cooked.

I was actually there today.. I ordered 2 pizzas was told 10 minutes & was there 47 minutes. Maybe if the worker in the back was cooking instead of walking around back there eating cheese bread.. with her bare hands.. the food would’ve came faster. Everyone who came after me left before me.. some lady was in there letting her kids run around in that cracker box sized store & eating pizza & touching everything, they never asked her to sit them down. He was taking orders & saying “I’ll bring it out to you” & everyone he said that too waited dang near an hour. Overall horrible experience. Every single time.. my kids like it or I’d NEVER go there. Need new workers, or faster ones or ones who give a care or something.

I don’t know what everyone else is talking about I have never had a bad experience at this location. I always order ahead of time and by the time I pick up the pizzas are always hot and ready. Taste delicious and the portions of toppings are always correct. The price is also pretty good for what you are getting. Can never go wrong with this location.

So many things went wrong with my order at this place. To start the order took 15 minutes longer than expected which was fine but then when I went to pick up the order the wrong door popped open on the machine. So I told an employee that the wrong door opened and she just walks away. So I had to stand at the counter and wait for someone to come back up which took another five minutes. And then part of my order is missing. I will not be ordering from this store again.

Im eating this right now and its great, the only issues there were the person working was the only one there and tons of orders. He was doing his best. But the store itself looked like it needed some love. A quick wipe down with a rag on most of the surfaces would help it out a lot. Other than that good experience.

Ordered a Detroit style deep dish sausage pizza and crazy combo breadsticks and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I waited over an hour while the line piled up, either they were understaffed or the girl running the counter was sauntering about and taking her time. This place needs some work or just to be shut down, I don’t care. You won’t find me here again, I’ll drive the extra 45 minutes to the next Little Caesars before I step foot in this garbage joint again.
