Placed an order 7/14. Door dash delivered as soon as order was delivered, I checked entire purchase and noticed I was missing items. I reached out to door dash within 3 mins of driver leaving. I was told I would receive a refund of the items. I have yet to receive this refund. I reached out to door dash who said they returned the money to little Caesar’s , whom in turn needs to issue me the refund. But they haven’t. It’s august 25th. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

The staff doesn’t answer the calls, once they did (after 3x) i was on hold and they hungup. I’m here looking straight at them and they just let the phone ring and ring. The manager flat out lied that she didn’t answer but it was clearly her voice. The owner of this franchise needs to have more employees or a surviving person to answer the calls. This is ridiculous. You make so much money off this pizza and your employees you can easily add more staff

My daughter ordered me a supreme but didn’t know until she got all the way home it was pepperoni. Nice way to make a profit off of a customer. She said they were cancelling orders because they were overwhelmed in this store. On another note my pizza was stuffed crust so I will give them another chance.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza online, went to pick up, only to come home with a regular pizza. After calling & waiting over 15 min on the phone, I got the manager whom was very rude & explained they currently don’t have stuffed crust. I still paid for it & was not aware by any of the staff. I had to call about it & now I have to wait for a refund as well as the manager was very unprofessional & even hung up on me. Will never go there again. Do better, get some more professional staff 🙂

Over 2 hours waiting. Placed the order online and over 2 hours waiting. That doesn’t include the drive time or the errand I did on the way. Never again at this location. The really shows that this location has very poor management, I feel sorry for the employees.

Terrible service. Its literally every single time I come here at LC summit location….they are telling everyone that a single pizza will take over 40min until ready when there are only 2-4 people in the lobby. I asked who is in charge and David is who i was told was running this place. Ever since he showed up here its just been taking even longer. Just for one online order i have to wait over an hour. During the wait time…customers come back and to return messed up pizzas, asking for refunds, and just making customers really irritated. Yes i know its short staffed but they always have an excuses for everything. I really hate picking up orders at this location and before you say “why accept them” its part of my job to do so but the flow here just sucks. Also they are suppose to use diff cutters for only cheese pizzas and all i see is one cutter for all. Thats messed up. David guy is right there not saying anything. Vegetarians should not come here. Your cheese pizzas have meat grease all over.
