Cashier was very nice. I tried to order classic crust but was told I’m only allowed to sell you the upgraded crust because you have to order classic crust online. I said why? I was told because the the manage won’t let me sell it. I asked so you’re are being told to force customers to buy something they don’t want? He’s like it’s not my rule, I asked to speak to the manager and was told no he’s not here. But I’ll do it, I’m just supposed to push the upgraded crust. I said that’s not right. He said I know. I said I’d like to talk to him and he said I’ll get in trouble and I said that’s not right either. I felt really bad for the cashier. Just be careful when ordering.

I’m 100 percent sure these brownies don’t look like as advertised. They are completely melted and running like liquid and the m&ms are like completely gone because they are melted. I don’t know why they would put it in the warming portal oven when it’s gonna just melt. I am Definitely not happy. And the other photo for the pizza is the 2nd time I decided to try ordering again. But I ordered the calzony pizza and they give me a normal pepperoni pizza with sauce. Which is about 2 dollars cheaper and not what I ordered. Ifk what it is but don’t come here. They either need new employees or some kind of change. Go somewhere else where they get the order right.

Customer service terrible! Asked for more buffalo wings He only gave me 8pcs the ones he had already in there and the guy said he couldn’t make more and they close at 10pm and I arrived at 9:20pm at this location! Unbelievable just because he didn’t want to do it!! Maybe last time I come here.

Horrible customer service! Placed an online order and order was messed up. Received thin crust instead of stuffed crust. The manager (Severo C) was extremely rude over the phone when I called and in person when I showed up. I will not be bringing business to this location anymore.
