Walked in, I said hello to the person at the register, he completely ignored me and continued to sort sauces behind the counter. He then looked at me, and walked away. He came back after 2 minutes from the back, and finally greeted me. I then ordered their thin crust pizza, which is advertised as hot and ready until 8pm, it was 7:03. I was informed it would take 10 minutes, that’s fine I understand. What was not acceptable is that it took 28 minutes to receive my pizza. This was not a staffing issue as when I looked in the back, there were over 4 people, 5 including the guy at the front. Just insane that a pizza chain that advertises itself on being hot and ready, takes longer to prepare a pizza than most dominos. Do yourself a favor and go to the Little Caesars in glen Ellyn, it’s just 10 minutes up Roosevelt, and you will never experience anything like this.

This is the second time I have had this exact same issue. We ordered cheese sauce pretzel pizza. I am allergic to tomatoes. So of course we didn’t order the regular pizza sauce. The last time we were there, we got all the way home and I took a bite only to find out there was actually red sauce. We immediatley called them to complain and they stated “oh yeah we don’t have cheese sauce.” Didn’t tell us when we ordered, didn’t apologize, and told us to drive back and give them the pizzas if we really wanted the refund. So we packed back up. And drove back to this place.

Have ordered here a few times for both delivery and pickup, today I ordered delivery. The order arrived cold and soggy and to the wrong house. Which is partially the dashers fault, however the order was incorrect. I ordered pizza for my kiddos because I’m sick. Now I still have to provide them a lunch due to the order being incorrect. I did contact customer support and even though I was refunded for the wrong pizza, This is not the first time my order was wrong, but it will be the last. Caution when ordering from this location.

I would never order pizza here at full price when we have places like Roberto’s and Aurelio’s nearby. I have come here with online order coupons twice and both times, they lost my order. Either their pizza portal system is always broken or they don’t know how to use it. This most recent visit they said they couldn’t find my order, then the story changed to they made the order long before they marked it as complete in their system, and then they were going to re-make my pizza. Basically if you’re not doing the hot n ready it’s chaos and you should expect problems.

Rudest service from the manager. I am not sure if I have his name correct but Andhy was on duty manager on 03/05/2022 evening. I ordered two large cheese pizzas online from their parking lot and forgot to add toppings. I went to the store right away and requested to add them. I also mentioned them that I will pay an additional amount that will cost me for the ingredients. The cashier said yes we will add it. Then the cashier went in to let his manager know to add them because the manager was making the pizza. The manager disagreed to add them and sent his coworker out to let me know. When I asked the cashier to call your manager, the manager did not come out instead he was speaking loudly in Spanish to his coworker. I am not sure, how the hack he became a manager if he can’t speak to a customer to handle certain situations. His behavior as a manager was not so great. Also if he wants to say something, he could have spoken to me but instead, he was talking in Spanish so I am not sure what he was talking about. Little Caesars team also can check the camera how far he was talking to me and yelling in Spanish. He better learn treating customers correctly. This type of behavior can cause customer relationships with the company.

If it was possible to leave a negative star I would. The girl at the front counter was very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. She was rude and very argumentative. My order was not ready for pick up and I had to wait. I will not be returning.
