I hate to complain but the last two times I went here my pizza looked like it was cut by a first grader. Also we ordered a supreme but was informed that they are out of onions green peppers and mushrooms

Went in for a hot and ready pizza and some bread sticks. They guy took my order and money then punched out. I had to ask another worker for my food and she asked me what i wanted to order. I explained how i already paid for my food and i just want it so i can leave since i didn’t have time to wait. That is why i went with the hot and ready food that the first person said was ready right now. She told me there were no bread sticks and i had to wait 5-10 minutes for them. When i finally got my food the pizza was inedible. Picture will say it all.

I order 2 pizzas online for pick up to make sure they were fresh. The sausage one was fine but the cheese one is old and was not made for my order. Probably made in the morning or early afternoon if I’m being honest.

Needed One
Took 45 minutes for my order. Others waited over an hour. They staffed 2 employees from 8pm to 11pm on a Friday night. Lost my order sometime during the first half hour. The 2 employees and a new hire-to-be, that’s right, hadn’t started working there yet, stepped up and did the best they could under the circumstances. The food was not worth the wait. A customer called the franchise owner and was told it’s the first she heard of a problem, instead of the owner stopping what she was doing to go there and help. She knew it was understaffed. Very poor ownership and those kids are underpaid. I won’t be returning to that location.

Service was very slow due to a lack of employees on the shift. We arrived at 5:35 p.m. and did not receive our pizzas and cheesy bread until nearly 6:00 p.m. As my wife and I waited for our pizza, we watched the young, inexperienced girl making the pizzas drop two pizzas upside down in the boxes. These pizzas were disposed of as one would hope. After waiting all that time we got two excellent ExtraMostBestest pepperoni pizzas and our cheesy bread was perfect as well. Overall, slow service but great products. The staff was friendly as well.

Good place just need to be more engaging with guests and let them know what is going on if there is a problem so they aren’t just standing there. Overall pizza was good and they honored a code I had only for the phone app, but their app was down at the moment. Ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza with crazy bread and cheese sauce.

I called and ordered a freshly made pepperoni pizza. It was ready for pick up in 15 minutes and was hot, fresh and delicious. The price can’t be beat. Very worth another order next time the pizza craving hits.

Okay, so I am updating my review of this place.. I was happy with this place and all was fine but. Lately the service has Been pretty crappy. I ordered online and I drove 15 Mins to go pick it up just for then to tell me “we are out of everything you ordered”. My problem with this is they could of called me and said “we are out of what you ordered, is there something else you want?” then I had to wait 10 Mins for the pizza that I wanted. The whole point of online ordering is to not wait. Then the pizza that I did order (the one to replace the one they were out of) was really bad, did not taste good at all… Pick up and go… I usually go here for pizza on the weekends but I’m not going here again. I hope my review helps anyone.
