The other day I ordered a pretzel crust cheese pizza (which is $2 more, mind you) with pizza sauce, so I’m struggling to understand why I got a stuffed regular crust pepperoni pizza with cheese sauce? That’s pretty much the opposite of what I ordered and seems like a blatant slap in the face. Not only that, but the staff was incredibly rude. When I ordered I tried to ask the guy like 3 times how long the wait on my pizza would be and he literally just ignored me every time and gave me my total without even reiterating my order or anything. I also tried to clarify a price while I was ordering and he just gave me a blank look, and again, ignored my question. He acted like I wasn’t even speaking unless I was listing out food items. Then when I called to complain the lady I spoke to insisted I bring back the pizza in order to get it fixed, even though I couldn’t make it back in that night and still had a child to feed and had to give her a couple slices. I will never ever return to this location. Do yourself a favor and drive out of the way to a location with more professional staff.

Used to be good. Pizza is undercooked, raw dough, cheese taste like rubber and whoever made it did not have a care in the world. Little Caesar’s in Bolingbrook just lost another customer. You have horrible cooks!

i just got a pizza from this location and when i got it there was salt on half of the pizza. i tried to eat the parts that didn’t have it but i couldn’t get over the salt. when i called they transferred me to a different place and they did not answer. i called 5 times so i could get a refund and no one picked up. very disappointing. i will never be ordering from this location again

they never get my order right, I went to little caesars a couple weeks ago to try the pretzel crust pizza and when I got home it was just a normal pepperoni pizza, granted it was really busy at the restaurant I just figured oh well. I went back again today and orded a pepperoni stuffed pretzel crust pizza and low and behold when I get home just normal stuffed crust. I am begining to think that the pretzel crust doesnt exist. and the pizza that I did end up getting was super soggy and greasy I barely even pull it to pick it up and the crust disconects from the rest of the slice. I really love the price of little caesars but I would rather pay more elsewhere and get 1. what I orded, and 2. get better quality

Absolutely ridiculous! We waited for our pizza for an hour to be ready. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:40pm didn’t receive it till 8:40pm. Once we got home and started eating the pizza we found a hair in the crust of the pizza. That is the worst experience ive ever experienced and the uncleanness little caesars I’ve ever been to. I will never order from here again!

Not sure what’s been happening here as of recent as I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. However, now it seems like the service is TERRIBLE, Cleanliness is pretty low, I keep getting asked every 10 minutes “what did you order?”, no one seems like they wanna be there, everyone moves with little sense of urgency even when there is a rush, just all around not the greatest experience. Honestly would recommend driving to a different Little Ceasars because this one is not it.

Holy smokes the bad reviews are not jokes, this is worse than a company, this is a scam center. When i ordered for pickup i went to the store and they were closed, i called the customer service and they said no we are open just knock on the door. Did that and couldnt see a person there. The people inside mustve fell asleep and not came to work. I then spoke to the same exact person on the phone and asked for a refund and he said well you have to prove you didnt pick up the order, IM LIKE IT LITERALLY SAYS ON UR APP THAT THE ORDER ISNT PICKED UP AND YOUR STORE IS CLOSED, he started saying i can try to connect you to the store directly, i told him i was waiting on the phone 10 minutes and he should try to call them, after 3 minutes of waiting, he finally shamefully said he cant reach them either. He was also deterring me for asking for a refund saying its a long processs and theres huge wait times, i told him no problem ill dispute the charge and write a 1 star review everywhere and he didnt say anything. Huge POS working here
