Shouldn’t see deserve any stars but I had to choose 1 to spread the word to SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! Constantly waiting for your pizza. I’ve waited 30mins to over an hour. people constantly ask how much longer and they just walk away. They are giggling and having conversations while many people are waiting!! The staff don’t care, they take their time, and are rude to customers. The staff are not even wearing gloves and touching their hair, the computer screen then touching the food and a customer called her out and all the staff girl said was yeah whatever bye! I’m done coming here thinking it’s just a bad day…NOPE everytime!!

Went to this location to place an order and there were 3 people waiting. The woman ahead of me was waiting for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged her at the front counter so she finally said excuse me can someone help me finally a guy walked up to the counter she said she had a pick up and received her order right away, sad is that her order was probably just sitting there getting stale. Then finally i was up next and again nobody acknowledged me for almost 10 minuteS 4 employees just walking around in the back. I was fed up and yelled excuse me can someone please help me ive been waiting for 10 minutes here trying to place an order. So he finally took my order, i got a Stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni with cheese sauce. Received my order in about 13 minutes which was good. Got home and what do you know they gave me a regular pretzel crust instead of a Stuffed pretzel crust a $2 difference in price. I called to mention my order was not correct and they connected me to the store and i was on hold for 15mins nobody answered i called back and again was connected to store and waited another 15 minutes on hold and nobody answered, this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will be calling tommorow morning to the store and to corporate and also will visit the store. I will be compensated for this.

Pizza was great. But the lady that always runs the desk and packs food seems extremely overworked. The other day they ran out of thin crust, it never notified anyone who placed orders. A big group of us were there as she had to sit and refund every single person. Totally ridiculous that the website can’t tell people when the order is canceled. But I hope they get the woman(front desk) some help or a raise. Cause she works her butt off in there.

I made the mistake of coming to this location twice. Both times I placed a mobile order and it took over an hour to get the pizza, when the website estimated 20-25 minute wait. Employees just hanging out in back while my pizza sat on the counter for 10 minutes. An other customer had to yell back to them to come to the front. They forgot my sauce too.

The customer service was great. the bigger guy up front was honestly so sweet, he was super busy but still patient and working hard. seems like they don’t have a lot of staff but they work as fast as they can to get the food out. anyways give that man a raise! he deserves it.

Service is extremely slow. They are slow to take orders and slow to complete them. They can’t blame it on staff shortage because they appear to be fully staffed. The issue here is incompetence. The restaurant appears chaotic behind the counter. They don’t have “Hot and Ready” pizzas anymore. Ordering ahead isn’t much better. The orders are never ready when promised. My order was put in the oven fifteen minutes AFTER it was already supposed to be finished. By the time it was done it was over a half hour late past the estimated time. When I asked what they could do about it, the manager responded in a very condescending and rude manner. I will NOT be returning.

Shouldn’t even get 1 star! This is now the second run in with this location! Should be shut down. Ordered on the app, food was over half hour late and wasn’t hot. Missing 2 parts of the order, everyone in the lobby was complaining. Manager is just down right rude! Ugh i hate their pizza and my kids love it that’s the only reason I bought it! STAY AWAY! !!!!!!! I ordered about an hour ago. Took me about 20 minutes to get to the store. The app said my food was ready i showed up and they said it was in the oven to wait 20 minutes. Left came back 20 minutes later. (Already past the time the app stated) and i was told it was still on the oven. To give it another 5-10 minutes. It’s been 25 minutes and nothing. Such poor management from this location. I had anticipated to waste about 30-40 minutes of my day here but not over an hour even after ordering before showing up to the store. Also, theres about 8 people waiting and they are still taking orders knowing they can’t keep up with the ones they have. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER SPEND MY MONEY IN THIS LOCATION.
