Went to this establishment on 13327 59 STE 109 Plainfield, IL 60585. Inside was disgusting!! Dust and dirt all inside. So I’m waiting 10min which was definitely to long for someone to come to front register and greet you! Which is completely absurd. 2ndly some young lady (Hispanic, Latina) on telephone gossiping in the background, loudly talking which is totally unprofessional in my opinion. I guess phone call was more important than my business!! So eventually i took my business elsewhere.. Thanks little Caesars for being disgusting and unprofessional. I’d advise for no one that lives in Plainfield, Romeoville, Joliet, and surrounding areas to not eat here. They truly suck!!!

Every spring through fall my orders end up being ready 30 minutes to an hour later than the time I set it to for pick up. The managers aren’t good at training their employees to work well during busy hours or even making sure the shop isn’t packed full of people who ordered online waiting. There is a whole schedule feature online or in the app that lets you pick a time if you are picking up the food and it’s never ready at that time unless it’s during hours that are not close to being busy. Also their app is very buggy and can end up double charging you which is almost impossible to refund via customer service.

About the third week in a row that they are NOT letting customers place orders inside they refuse to even if they have no people inside waiting. hunter claimed that he doesn’t care unless it’s an online order. They even have all the lights off so it looks closed and people won’t walk in. Definitely the last time I even try. They are Losing customers everyday.

They were SEVERELY understaffed. The two employees worked so hard and as fast as they could and the pizzas we got were spot-on quality, no sign of shortcuts or rushed sloppiness. They never should have had to deal with the amount of stress they were forced to work under. Whatever level of management left those two stranded should COMPENSATE them for doing the work of a fully staffed operation.

I gave them 4 stars because they surprised me. We ordered 15 pizzas to go for a hockey team birthday party and they were ready on time, correctly prepared and actually tasted pretty good. They aren’t Lou Malnatti’s but the price was very reasonable.

This place is a joke. Came to the store for a CHEESE pizza. The kid working said 10minutes so I said that’s fine even though it should be hot and ready as advertised. I asked can we put one in please. He proceeded to ask me if I can place an online order because his manager won’t let him open the register. I said I don’t have my phone on me so I was forced to go somewhere else. Makes no sense.

Why are they never open. The sign says 11 to 9. It is 245 and the door is locked. I figured I’d wait a couple of minutes and its 310 and the door is still locked. This is the 3rd time I have tried this location on my way home from work and every time it’s closed. I don’t get it. Why would they be closed 3 hours right after they opened. How do you run a business when you are never open.

It’s an okay fast pizza service. They do claim they have certain items hot and ready but I have never been able to get an order without waiting. Usually the wait is less than 10 minutes. The pizza is very greasy but also inexpensive. The cheese bread is good and I usually get a pepperoni pizza. It’s good for feeding hungry kids quickly.

Waited 45min after paying to get 1pizza and crazy bread. Would have asked for refund but that would have taken longer.. Super ineffective and slow workers, nothing is prepared ahead (i.e. boxes), hot n ready pizzas are never available, etc.

The Plainfield Little Caesars is absolutely horrible. On 5/27/23 they were not taking orders via the app or over the phone… What’s the purpose? Their whole appeal is the cost and convenience. Awful company
