Got two pizzas and crazy bread, ordered online. The crazy bread was all very very thin. The pizza is wayyy too thin and looked barely cooked. We were running errands, so we placed the order online because I had an online coupon to buy one pizza and get one free. We arrived there about five minutes later. Absolutely no customers, so They def had time to take their time and make this order at least look halfway decent. Some pieces had barely any cheese. Last time I was there, about six of us waited in the lobby for like thirty minutes with 6 or more employees behind the counter, 4 of which stood around talking and scrolling on their phones, doing absolutely nothing. I understand a lot of places are under staffed and people are over worked, but if you can’t run/manage a business, just say that then.

Horrendous service. Ordered food at the counter at 645. Clerk said it would be done in like 10 min. After sitting for 15 she asked my name and what I ordered. She could not find my order. I told her what I ordered and showed the transaction on my bank acct bc she gave no receipt. Waited 10 min longer then a guy came from the back and asked what I needed. My food was still not being made after all this time around 40 min.. outraged i went and got a frozen pizza @ jewel-osco.

There was a rude white woman that was wearing a nose ring with tattoos. She confronted me about requesting a freshly made pepperoni. I tried to explain why I needed it hott but she insisted I purchase ready made one instead. She made me feel embarrassed and excalated the situation instead of just honor my request. What ever happen to the motto the customer is always right !

Ordered ahead using the portal My pizzas were stuck in the portal and I couldn’t get them out. I had to wait for an employee which defeats the purpose of the portal. The pretzel crust pizza I ordered had barely any cheese sauce on it

I love the expediency of little Cesar’s pizza, and the prices have always been a big plus. For the prices being so fair it’s difficult to get full on under $10 anymore but they do it here and still manage to taste great as well, the only downside is that not every pizza is made the same some might not be made as well as others or might be overcooked in some spots, or be lacking sauce in some areas of the pie, besides those discrepancies not much to complain about, decent pizza at a great price.
